He is just that way, I have seen it from MyIdol to now. he is the same person, it just take the time to really know him.

He gets annoyed by them (in a good/funny way?) so he hits them but not to hurt them. I understand that behavior because I do the same thing with my siblings and friends.
N and Leo seem to have a really close relationship. N seems like the only one that can actually keep Leo from attacking everyone else and stopping him when he's already started. Also, since N was the only one that made Leo laugh, that kinda leads me to believe that they have a really close relationship.

To be honest, I'd be irritated if I was Leo too. Like imagine how annoying it must be to have an entire game centered around a part of your personality that other people apparently see as something to be "overcome." Although I do think he could be less violent about it, I can also see how it adds to the "humor" of the situation (and may even be encouraged by PDs/writers); I don't condone violence as a response, but I also don't condone "games" that are essentially excused to laugh and pick at someone (don't think I'm blaming Vixx; I'm well aware of how little say idols have in situations like this). Just my two cents on the game; I may be completely off base or reading too much into it.

His punch aren't even that strong (the members laughed at his violent behaviors)...i myself act 95% like Leo... Trying to act all tough and chic...
