After watching a few of your videos I just realized I've been doing it all wrong. LOL..wrong pack...to much weight in pack,..wrong gear . Haha omg I'm a hot mess..😂...I'm definitely watching your ways as to learn and be smarter...yes I'm a newbie. 😊...You CRUSHED it today 32.4 miles WOWZZZ AWESOME LIZ YAHOOOO
Hey, there's no one right way to do this! The right way is what's best for you. The more hikes you go on the more you'll dial in what works and what doesn't!
For the AT I get out on rocky/rooty terrain with as much elevation as possible. I live in the Boston area, so not many mountains, but I'll get out on local trails (Blue Hills, Fells Reservation). I also sometimes run-commute to school/work with a pack to get used to the weight!
awesome miles
Thanks!
Looking forward to following along and hearing all of your commentary on this adventure as well as Lessons Learned.
Thanks, hope you enjoy!
