Actually Clark didn't want to re-live his trauma from begin to end, it was Lara who tells him: "You must continue" as soon as he stops. As Clark knows that his mother is there to share his own pain and wouldn't have asked to see his memories in the first place had it not been absolutely necessary, Clark keeps on re-living everything despite being terrified. And Lara, fully aware of her son's terror, encourages him to keep going: a monster killed him and could kill her whole family (including her other son, if he decides to come back) and the only way she can actively protect Clark as a mother is by helping him to destroy the monster. Tal-Rho could benefit from this therapy, though: by sharing his traumatic past with Lara, he would find some inner peace, or at least he would get comfort and security from his mother

Love how they took his perspective of the fight and broke it down. Similar to how Tony Stark had FRIDAY analyze Steve Rogers. I can tell you from a martial arts background, getting in a fight can be terrifying. I fought Kyokushin, but even then there are rules. I briefly was a bouncer and the worst thing you can do is underestimate your opponent. A few years ago, I was in the semi finals of a point sparring match. In the over 50 age group, there was a guy who had to be pushing 65? I didn't watch him in his preliminary match as I fought prior to him. I had enough with my first round opponent. We bowed in, went into fighting guard and WHAM, he gets me with a reverse punch. I'm thinking holy crap, he's quick. Fighting stance again, now I zig zag. Out of nowhere, he throws a spinning hook kick that froze me. While I ducked, he still got the point. Now I am down 2 zip and about to be shut out. I went on the offense and wasn't getting anything through his blocks. What didn't help either of us (eventually) that even in a black belt ring, there were only 3 judges instead of the usual 5. I don't remember my first point but my second was a front kick as I timed his movements. 2 minutes up, we're going to overtime. Techniques back and forth but not enough for a majority. First overtime is about to end and I deliberately dropped my guard. He took the bait and I got him with a spinning back kick. He later told me it was the best fight he had in years. Here I am, totally gassed and he's barely broken a sweat. I found out later on in the late 50s early 60s he fought Golden Gloves before turning to the martial arts.
The part where he said he knew he was in trouble got me. It’s not a great feeling quickly becoming aware that you’re out of your depth in a dangerous situation.
Superman & Lois still dropping banger after banger. One of the best CW shows ever. One small criticism thought, the red and blue on the new suit is way too dark. I think it was distinct for being brighter than supergirl Suit and dceu Suit. Now, it just feels like close to the same palette as dceu, and it feels off In my opinion. Peak episode and season.
The way they are portraying this variation of Superman following on from the Henry Cavill version focusing on how he is from Krypton, but it's the humanity that shines through each time. This could've been extended for at least another two seasons where you go through a whole season solely based on this and exploring the entire humanity that he understands that he isn't just Clark Kent but he is Superman as well and that it is the balance that makes him who he is. Too much is being rushed and I'm just not happy with how they went with the human heart and Superboys.
It's his blood, bizzaro was injected with his blood so it has a mutated bizzaro blood with his as yellow kryptonite can enhance a peraon or a super person like himself so in theory kryptonite can kill him too as its a kryption mutation.

Bro you can just tell how much he is going through by simply reliving his fight with Doomsday! Just goes to show how brutal and terrifying Doomsday is; it's no question why he's one of Superman's most iconic villains.
Even then it is a temporary victory. Doomsday can be killed by a means that prevents his body from regeneration. The end of time will do it. The Phantom Zone is another option.
People keep forgetting that this version of Doomsday originated from Bizarro. All Luthor did was effectively abuse Bizzsro until he mutated into Doomsday. But even with all of that people seem to forget that Doomsday's base is still Kryptonian. Which means he stil has a weakness to Kryptonite which Superman didn't think of using as a solution because he is also compromised by it. The key is using Kryptonite to first weaken Doomsday's structure. Take his heart, just like he did to Superman, because he can't come back from that. Then use Doomsday's heart and implant it into Superman, because that heart is even stronger than Superman's original heart was.
@@ewapogiacejo4236 Remember what supes used in that cave fight with the gold kryptonite? Maybe that's the key. Remember X k as well seemed to weaken him.
@@robinabernathy2829 here's a fact. If you see how doomsday came back to life everytime he was killed even with yellow kryptonite by lex when lex was transforming bizzaro, you will realize how useless it is to use gold/X kryptonite to kill him
This was a flawed angle of Supe, see he looked at the fight , when Lois looked at the fact Bizzaro was Supe & had a family on his World; Superman im sad to say this but he left his empathy as soon as he LEFT Bizzaro World; You noticed he never mentioned the people he encountered or showed compassion for them. It was Bizzaro Tal Rho that sacrificed himself for Superman to return home. Remember Superman did Not care after defeating Ally
I find it funny that on Crisis on infinite Earths Lois said superman killed doomsday but on this Earth superman has no idea how to fight and kill doomsday I find it funny that the phantom zone doesn't exist, it would have been an easier solution 😂😂
It's a shame James Gunn had this series canceled just so his superman movie can do well in theaters. There is no reason this show can't exist along with James Gunn's superman. Two different universes.
BRO, the producers of S&L confirms saying, the series is canceled not because of James Gunn, its because The CW itself to stop makes DC TV Show. Go and screah about this
It wasn’t James Gunn it was The CW. This show has a bigger budget than most of their other ones, if not all of their other ones. Between the cast and all the effects/CGI they probably decided that based on viewership it made more sense to end it. They’re also going in a more reality-based direction since the original CW sold CW to Nexstar, and this didn’t really fit in that direction either. I’m sad that it’s ending though. I love this show and Tyler Hoechlin has become one of my favorite Supermans.
In comics Superman went in holding back. This didn't help his cause because he took to much damage by time he realize he had to stop holding back he was weaken. He also spent to much time fighting using physical strength instead of out thinking him. By time Superman got to metropolis he knew he was going to die. The only thing that him going and fueling him was he knew had to keep going. He had to defear Doomsday or the world would fall. The people were his fuel. I love the death of Superman. It shows that even in the face of defeat Superman never gives up. Even when he knows he not gone make it he wasn't willing to give up and would die protecting the world.
Superman usually kills it using one powerful punch but at the cost of his life since it won't die alone, its a failed experiment of Superman in the Bizarro world, they changed the plot but the effective method is one TKO hard enough to clear a country.
In reliving that fight, I can only say that Superman has an endless supply of guts and determination. Note that he said, “Every time I killed it, it kept coming back stronger” Superman was fighting that thing for at least a day, possibly more. He must have killed Doomsday multiple times-and all that did was make the next time Doomsday came that much harder. He was actually making his fight harder-yet what else could he have done but what he did? Knowing this-looking at that nightmare right out of a Kryptonian hell coming at you over and over, at some point realizing that you can’t beat or kill this thing? Nowhere you can run? No rest or help? Knowing this-and still standing your ground? Fighting because there’s no other way, even though you know in the end this thing is going to kill you? That is a hero.
This confirms he was killing it again and again but it kept resurrecting Crazy He said it was stronger and faster, then HOW was he killing it exactly? In most versions Doomsday only resurrects some time after the conclusion of the battle, this one does it multiple times mid fight
seeing his perspective lets you see how scared and hopeless he felt, crazy

I read all that. Thank you for giving me a little glimpse into your life.
"Dying makes it stronger," he said. Like Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, and Michael Myers, for example.
If this was Flash & friends, just a small pep talk would have been enough to convince Doomsday to become good.
There's a lot of ways to defeat something. You don't need to kill it, you can send it far away... you can send it to the phantom zone!!!!!
Literally the only way to kill Doomsday is to send him to the end of time
If only they could force Doomsday to watch all the Real Housewives episodes. DD would just kill himself.
He has kiled Doomsday before
@@bigd7696 😂😂😂😂
This show could go on another 2-3 seasons at least
talk-no-jutsu
I love how they made some PTSD for Clark, how many times he spent fighting him and seeing him being back alive ?...
00:19
It's time to call non-lethality expert
Maybe he should imprison Doomsday in a place where he can't get out. Or use something stronger to hold him for a long time.
0:38 Superman went to the fortress of solitude to see his mother.!!
The part where he said he knew he was in trouble got me. It’s not a great feeling quickly becoming aware that you’re out of your depth in a dangerous situation.
In the subway it was at that moment I knew I fxxxxd up😂😂😂
the goal is to contain, not defect
See this Clark. This is how normal humans feel every single day.
Fighting giant alien monsters.
Riiight
I would like to see Clark wearing the black suit with weapons like the 90s version to fight Doomsday
thats crazy
This dooms day is so much better than Zack’s even though they are similar.
I just wish they'd make a comic accurate live action Doomsday, instead of all of these dollar store rejects
@@ghost656metal8Hopefully in James Gunn universe
This is an interesting take on Doomsday/Bizarro. If Clark can bring the other Kal El back, that would be incredible. The question would be, how?
It's his blood, bizzaro was injected with his blood so it has a mutated bizzaro blood with his as yellow kryptonite can enhance a peraon or a super person like himself so in theory kryptonite can kill him too as its a kryption mutation.
He wont defeat him, he will be sent to Phantom Zone
Everyone on here acting like they haven't seen the ending if you haven't seen it yet you should im officially disgusted with the direction they've gone they built up to a major showdown between Superman and a monster who is much more powerful then he is only to have Lois stop Doomsday what a joke
I mean I suppose it makes sense it was Clark and he did ultimately love his wife plus it's fine to subvert expectations.
@kwayneboy1524 are you serious it makes no sense that's like watching 2 MMA fighters hype up a championship fight only to have his wife talk the other fighter down the night before imagine the outrage if that happened the money was in Superman beating Doomsday not Lois
I thought one way to defeat it would be to put it in the phantom zone
Thats beyond lame
Drop him on Apocolypse and let's see what happens ... please ?!
If he's based on Bizarro and killing him makes him stronger, making him stronger would make him weaker, so feed him Kryptonite?
Smallville Clark whooped his Doomsday!
I personally felt Smallville should never have featured Doomsday. I loved his look and portrayal but they never had the budget to do the fight justice in the way this show did.
@@joecolman1968 They shouldn't have featured a lot of things. Justice League included.
@DrFrankNStein-sf2ww they did soet of feature the league with Green Arrow, Flash, Martian Manhunter and others but I agree we should have seen more of them
one thing kill the doomsday is the sun ... bizarro has weak for the crypto yellow ( power sun ) for the source original is the sun.
Have him take a dip in a yellow sun. Yellow solar radiation is what weakens Bizarro Superman instead of a red radiation.
He might just adapt to it since whatever manheim used to bring him back altered him some how
Sometimes i keep forgetting that Doomsday is a tough opponent to beat how can you beat something that keeps coming back and relieving that event
1:19 so he did kill it but just kept coming back so how's that work how will he beat him if he won't stay dead
Clark you can do it you have killed him many times in comics so you can
Probably gonna discover the phantom zone and trap it inside there or something
Just pull the thorn from his paw!
I have to tell Lois 😂😂😂😂
Screw 8 billion people 😂😂😂😂
😂😂
Bro you can just tell how much he is going through by simply reliving his fight with Doomsday! Just goes to show how brutal and terrifying Doomsday is; it's no question why he's one of Superman's most iconic villains.
make him grow so many bone spikes he can't move
Turning his own power against him by going overdrive might work if properly planned
Clark analyzing how he lost Evo 2024
I’m gonna miss this show when it ends 😢
I feel like S2 finale Superman (Almost Superman Prime) would’ve wiped the floor with Doomsday.
They’re the same Superman and Doomsday still killed him.
@@osarumenerhunmwunsee I think he means sun dipped superman
But isn't bizarro's kryptonite different from supes? Maybe it could work or did luthor already used it before he's doomsday?
Bizarro in Superman and Lois actually get stronger from Kryptonite.
Superman needs therapy after this
I find it funny that on Crisis on infinite Earths Lois said superman killed doomsday but on this Earth superman has no idea how to fight and kill doomsday
I find it funny that the phantom zone doesn't exist, it would have been an easier solution 😂😂
Come on Clark there has to be a way to stop Doomsday
Let's all boycott this new movie !
@@DrFrankNStein-sf2ww Bro... look the comment of Seth
Know your enemy Superman!
Superman usually kills it using one powerful punch but at the cost of his life since it won't die alone, its a failed experiment of Superman in the Bizarro world, they changed the plot but the effective method is one TKO hard enough to clear a country.
Can he just ask Tal-Rho to help him?
Use blue Kryptonite
In reliving that fight, I can only say that Superman has an endless supply of guts and determination.
Note that he said, “Every time I killed it, it kept coming back stronger”
Superman was fighting that thing for at least a day, possibly more.
This confirms he was killing it again and again but it kept resurrecting
Crazy
He said it was stronger and faster, then HOW was he killing it exactly?
In most versions Doomsday only resurrects some time after the conclusion of the battle, this one does it multiple times mid fight
Bro go sit in the sun for a few hours and DD is dead for good..
No, he isn't. Read a comic with original Doomsday and you shall be enlightened.
Superman should blow and freeze Doomsday, then smash it.
It doesn't work that way.
Superman should blow Doomsday? That is a novel approach.
Tyler 🔥
Those headbands remind me of TAS
What exactly was done to Bizzaro to bring him back to life?
Mannheim experimented on his corpse
That’s when Batman appears!!!
🦇 🦇 🦇
Kindness, maybe?
Why turn Bizzaro into Doomsday?
So they could do the death of Supes
Detective mode Batman Arkham vibes
my question is why does bizzaro listens Luthor
All doomsday really wants is a friend…
And Lex is the one who provided the foods for Doomsday
Debio pelear en el sol. Superman aumentaba poder y Doomsday se debilitaba, recordando que esa era la kriptonita de Bizarro: el sol amarillo.
