Most fighters rehydrate 10 to 20 pounds. It’s water weight not muscle. You guys act like y’all don’t know what weight cut is. They cut the weight by dehydrating the body of all water, then once they make weight they rehydrate the body with water and electrolytes. Go look up weight cut. It’s videos on TH-cam.

Ritchardson Hitchins the rehydration is so that yours are on even Plainfield because you have to be on 140 pounds or little less on the weight in date and on the next day before the fight you can’t be no more than 150 pounds but all this big bully’s want to have an advantage by rehydrating 20 plus pounds so they can sustain punishment but if you are 100% disciplined you can do it look at the Champion that you had a chance to face him and he can do it without any excuses that is the IBFChampion Subriel Matias
