@TC Gamer Clearly you are the one who doesn't understand. The seller asked for $3,000 and the seller himself reduced the price in half because he knew it was a fake Mandolin. Generally a seller is not so quick to cut their own asking price in half, but he did without hesitation because, once again, the item was fake.

While it's true that there is some scripted dialogue on Pawn Stars, the customers doing the pawning are real people, so in a sense you could say that no, the show is not fake. But that's not the whole truth. Executive producer Brent Montgomery told The Odyssey Online that the show uses "scripters" who "feed the characters organic information."
