It is an islamic meditation Sit or lay down so that to be relaxed.... Close your eyes and focus only on your breathing ... in and out.... imagine you can see numbers from 10 to 1 lighting in white as you are focusing on your breathing... At number 1 , imagine you are a superwoman who can do anything . Now you can fly to Makkah to the Holy Mosque ... You can see the Kaabah .... Get landed and be ready for praying ... We listened to iqama for praying that means a call to pray right now ... Then the Imam reads quran and leads you to a part of the pray .... Then you fly again to the same spot as you started.... Looking beneath you upon everything ... The world is so tiny .... You pray for Allah and ask him whatever you want and end by praising our prophet Mohammad peace be upon him ..... Then start focusing on the outside by breathing a bit quicker and open your eyes whenever you are ready to do so.... That's it.
