    Roasting the cauli first, brings out the flavour so much more than just boiling straight. 99% of the yt vids don't do this step. Great recipe.

    A really fine looking thick soup. It's definitely packed full of flavor and could never be described as runny.

    Thanks Robin! Your recipe came just on time! I was wondering how to prepare a dish tomorrow, for cauliflower I have already roasted and refrigerated. I will miss the flavor of roast garlic, but I will saute it with the mirepoix.

    Hola, Robin. That cauliflower soup looks beautiful, like you. What's the best way to get the right broccoli for a certain recipe? Have a good day, Robin. Keep up the good work, my dear friend. 💖💖💖

      Good Morning Byron! This soup is delicious! How often do you cook? Do you think you will make this recipe sometime? I really appreciate your support Byron! Have a great day! To answer your question, I just choose very fresh broccoli that is firm and a bright green color. Have a great day!

    Hey RR! Great recipe and, I'll definitely be able to make this, but will use vegetable broth instead, since I'm vegan! So thanks for this! As a suggestion since you're using coconut milk in this recipe, why not use coconut oil to roast the cauliflower and also to saute your carrot, onion and celery too? I've sort of switched over to using other oils other than olive lately like walnut and almond too! Thanks again for sharing a lovely dish! Oh and, Happy upcoming Thanksgiving to you and your family! 🍁

    • @RockinRobinCooks
      @RockinRobinCooks  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Beth, you can definitely make this vegan by using vegetable broth. Yes you could use coconut oil for the cauliflower and the mirepoix if you choose. No problem there. I like walnut oil too but haven't tried almond yet. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family as well!

      When she cracked the black pepper on she just threw it onto the sheet if anything toss the cauliflower and then put it on the sheet and then crack the black pepper over top of everything evenly. When she put the oil onto the pan she just threw the mirepoix straight on there instead of letting the oil heat up so you can sear the vegetables
