Yes they do offer it and not only with air suspension, even the one with out the air suspension has it. My 2010 ML350 has it and I don’t have the air suspension when I replaced my struts

I think no. It probably doesn't have even AIRMATIC (there is no extra ground clearance) so it can't have diff lock or low range.
