These videos are not intended solely to be viewed by a child audience. I welcome all users on this channel but no effort has been made to censor my videos as it goes against my style of production. If you have a problem with this, I am sorry but there are plenty of kids channels out there. Music: New Rally X Main/Challenging Theme Remix, Sonofmixit
I went to Blackpool yesterday, and golden mile is now almost full of magic claws.
Yeah, Crown/Levy operates that arcade. They initially just had the 2 presumably as test units.
@@BRIGHTAttraction Yeah possibly. At one point there were loads of eclaws, now there's only 4. It's strange that they're getting all these new machines. I heard that they were closing sometime next year. Do you know if that's true?
im lucky to still have some EX1s near me.
would love to see more vids like this maybe longer reviews of the different types of grabbers :)
Good analysis/critique mate
Paokai < Elaut
All the way!!
I've seen a lot of my favourite arcades move to the cheap Cranes and I cannot stand them. They all play the same, sound boring and just don't generate any excitement for me. Elaut is the best by far, and even some of the Instance Automatics stuff as well. I just hope its a temporary fad that will end once all the machines break and owners see the issue with them. The old Toppers and Megas are still going today in some places, and that shows how good their build quality was. Great video.
Yeah I'd like to think it will end at some point, and I think companies like Losud could be a catalyst for positive change. I think it would be beneficial if operators became a bit more savvy too. There are so many people out there running arcades who don't have the slightest clue on how machines work, and which ones are most fit for purpose. These are the type of people the big distributors are taking advantage of unfortunately, and selling them cheap crap.
Magic claws are nice machines, but will face lots of problems in the future and arcades will have to get rid of them all. The worst decision they are making is scrapping the old machines that have been going for like 30 years no problem and just want ones that have got new LEDs and stuff. It would be better if they stopped trying to make new machines for the sake of it and thought about the designs. Instead of copying elaut (they even call magic claws intraxion cranes) they should come up with new technology that will suit these new modern features better. With companies like losud/ instance they dont release new machines everyday. they think about what will be a good design without overcomplicating it and making them reliable. This is my view on it. I think arcades will regret getting rid of their old machines that worked perfectly fine for years and probably had better rigging like the WON.
Well, they are good, but when set up wrong they do overpay..
They aren't good at all, and this video perfectly explains why. We cannot just say something is "good" based on our feelings and subjective experiences. If you think the points made in this video are wrong then point them out and critique them with evidence.
