MS 19 i kinda see how some might see it like that, but it doesn’t surprise me at all, because when a villain is well written, acted, has an interesting motive and a sympathetic backstory, I’d say they are often more popular than some heroes. In Once Upon A Time (TV show) I was often rooting for the villains (Evil Queen, Hook, Rumplestiltskin) because they were funnier, more interesting and I could understand how their backstory affected their motivations. Like Tom said, the devil plays all the best tunes.

Although I personally prefer to not watch movies portraying alcoholics (as Tom did), he is an exceptional actor, and is capable of performing any type of entertainment. Note: I have many family members that are/were alcoholics and sadly watched their lives disintegrate.

I feel like Chris has evolved a lot in last few years just like Thor has. I love Chris and Thor now and I love how funny he is now. But back in the days it was clear why people loved Tom more than Chris even though he was playing the supporting character/antagonist. Just look at him being so eloquent, smart and charming. Plus his acting abilities are extremely superior. He's got class both as an actor and as a person. I hope The Loki era begins one more time now that we've had such an ambiguous ending in the series and may we see these two brothers crossing paths again in the MCU.

I would love to have Tom Hiddleston play a bad character, not a superhero bad guy as he's done with Loki, but an evil, serial killer character, like in real life. He says he's lucky to have had the opportunity to play a diverse group of roles but being such a sweet man it mite disturb him to play such a role.
He played an arguably terrible person in Coriolanus. Also, he was awesome in Night Manager where his character had to pretend to be a bad guy for a solid chunk of the series.
I found it really cute that the interviewer was wearing a L in green T-shirt underneath, and when Tom Hiddleston came up, he looked away for a bit, like preparing himself, then mellowed out while shaking his hand. Like, I know I would act when meeting an actor I admired. And I don't even need to say anything about Tom and Chris, everything's been said already in the comments. Love both, except that it was saddening (and maddening for Chris) that Tom got more spotlight (he usually does, Evans once said he got lost in Tom's glow lol) but what ticked me wrong was that Chris was offended and being offensive to Tom at times, even tho it wasn't Tom's fault. Also, I can hardly blame the girls, none of them were outright rude to Chris like Holland's fans were to Mackie and Seb, they just liked Loki that much more. Vision I love his work, so I'm really intrigued to see what he does with Thor. I'm sure he has come up with something for Loki... He has had an Oscar nom for his short film a few years ago and he has made three great movies since then, plus writing for Flight of the Conchords. He's from New Zealand and has a very Kiwi sense of humour, so to me everything he does is hilarious ;) Check out the trailer for his latest movie Hunt for the Wilderpeople to get a bit of an idea of what he's like. That movie was great and it also made me cry which you wouldn't expect from the trailer.

You know I always thought it was kinda rude when people only have a question for one of the celebs at a Q&A. If I ever went to a Q&A and there was more than 2 people on the panel, I would make it a decent question for everyone on the panel. A question they all can answer, not singling anyone out. I'd want everyone included to speak their mind.
It was about a week before the photos of them in RI, maybe a smidge longer. It doesn't change my views on him at all. Tom is an adult. He can date who he likes. It's not like he was going to date me, so there's no point in getting jealous about it. Besides, Taylor is adorable as hell. They make a good match just out of sheer capacity for dorkiness. :)
I honestly don't understand why someone's personal life has any influence on any potential roles they play. The actor/ess is not the character they play. This mindset is telling actors not to put relationships in public because it could have consequences on their career. It's ridiculous. Even in 2020, I still think about how Tom's relationship with Taylor supposedly dictates whether or not his acting skills are 007 material. It should be about his skills as an actor not his personal life.

They did photo ops and autograph signings throughout the entire weekend. I seem to recall they came from autographs to do the panel and then went right back to autographs. Photo ops were done for two-hour shifts in the morning, after lunch, and after dinner. Anytime they weren't on break, doing photo ops, or doing a panel, they were autographing.

Nah, during long interviews in casual spaces like this (meaning they have a low couch instead of chairs), Tom likes to shift around and usually sits back away from the interviewer so he has space to gesticulate and get excited and everything without accidentally clocking someone in the face. Since Chris is closer to the interviewer than Tom is, he has to lean away from him too. This is typical body language for him. :)
Chris flew from Australia to do this questions and answers thing and the place is full of Tom's fans and ignoring Chris.....unless he smiles at Tom. God give me strength. As a fan of Chris, I wouldn't want to sit in a room full of Hiddlestoners either!!

He's from New Zealand and has a very Kiwi sense of humour, so to me everything he does is hilarious ;) Check out the trailer for his latest movie Hunt for the Wilderpeople to get a bit of an idea of what he's like. That movie was great and it also made me cry which you wouldn't expect from the trailer.
Harley Queen i agree he seems pretty goofy never heard of his other movies.... previews sadly look shallow and gimicky.... i think hes going to ruin the emotional depth of the story but trust Loki to win the day...:)

You know I always thought it was kinda rude when people only have a question for one of the celebs at a Q&A. If I ever went to a Q&A and there was more than 2 people on the panel, I would make it a decent question for everyone on the panel. A question they all can answer, not singling anyone out. I'd want everyone included to speak their mind.
I think it's fine but only if the questions are equal-ish in total. In this case I felt like Chris was left out a bit (although I'm a TH fan)

It was about a week before the photos of them in RI, maybe a smidge longer.
It doesn't change my views on him at all. Tom is an adult. He can date who he likes. It's not like he was going to date me, so there's no point in getting jealous about it. Besides, Taylor is adorable as hell. They make a good match just out of sheer capacity for dorkiness. :)

I honestly don't understand why someone's personal life has any influence on any potential roles they play. The actor/ess is not the character they play. This mindset is telling actors not to put relationships in public because it could have consequences on their career. It's ridiculous.
Even in 2020, I still think about how Tom's relationship with Taylor supposedly dictates whether or not his acting skills are 007 material. It should be about his skills as an actor not his personal life.

They did photo ops and autograph signings throughout the entire weekend. I seem to recall they came from autographs to do the panel and then went right back to autographs. Photo ops were done for two-hour shifts in the morning, after lunch, and after dinner. Anytime they weren't on break, doing photo ops, or doing a panel, they were autographing.

Nah, during long interviews in casual spaces like this (meaning they have a low couch instead of chairs), Tom likes to shift around and usually sits back away from the interviewer so he has space to gesticulate and get excited and everything without accidentally clocking someone in the face. Since Chris is closer to the interviewer than Tom is, he has to lean away from him too. This is typical body language for him. :)
