Well, it is actually possible to get ghosts from a non old house. They can actually be attracted to you. I am someone who can see ghosts, demons and even gods and goddesses. They naturally just come and hang around me, not doing anything. But if a ghost is attached to the house it is either going to be annoying, trying to kill you or nice, there is no in between 😂
