MOM !!! I'm so happy to see her again and I get suck a kick out of you two together. What a great relationship you both have. Your mom is so energetic and happy , just like you. If I had traveled on a plane trip and arrived in LA to visit my daughter I would have been exhausted and had to have a nap before doing a clothes shopping trip...she is in such good shape. Would have loved to see what clothes she decided to buy...she always looks so put together !! Have a wonderful Paris adventure and enjoy relaxing ( if that's possible ) and tell us all about the Flea Market when you return. Be safe, be happy and make some wonderful memories with Mom and Romeo !!

Hi Mckenna! Love you and your channel but the filter recently has been really way too much! I don't know if you have a new camera or settings, but I love how real you normally are, and in reagrds to life just generally, so having the crazy filter effects are really disappointing :( Would love if you went back to the more natural settings, you're gorgeous and don't need no filter! :)
Does the camera have the blur effect on or is it just me?

Little tip: bringing an aroma diffuser on a trip would be 1) more compact and lighter weight 2) safer in a hotel room … but it’s a wonderful idea to bring a special scent on a special trip because whenever you use it after that, your scent memory will kick in to remind you of that trip 💛🤗

@@lovly2cu725 Nope. I am thinking about the kind that is just a bottle with a liquid scent in it, and you add diffuser reeds. They should come as a set together. No electricity or fire! But depending on the size you get, you might not be able to put it in a carry one bag because of the liquid volume.
This is what I did for my wedding. I picked a perfume that I wore on that day and when I go on dates with my husband I wear it. 🥰

Have you considered using som antique gold rub n buff to add a few details to the chrome kitchen appliances?
I really hope you have a house sitter- you have given every detail right up until the exact time you are leaving the home and the type of security system you put in. When you first purchased this house, it was extremely easy to find the exact location online and the listing and the sale price of 2 million. Videos like these and then daily real time vlogging from vacation is a blueprint for a burglar to follow. If you have not hired a home sitter, I suggest doing so, or perhaps Romeo’s family can come stay.
My husband owns an alarm company so I was thinking of all the same things just mentioned. I never announce on Social media or post holiday photos until AFTER we return. We feel like it’s hanging a “Nobody’s Home” come on in sign out in front of the house!
I’m sure everything will be fine but definitely something you should think about next time. Just because we all love you and your family!
I think by what was said about the change in the weather that they went to France at the very beginning of September, because that's when we had the mini heatwave in the UK and Northern Europe, she's probably back home now.

If you like fabrics, go visit the Marché St Pierre in the 19th district - there are some amazing finds (home furnishing fabrics AND fabrics for clothing, too) and if you want BEAUTIFUL antiques, the Marche aux Puces is a must and it's in Saint Ouen
So, who else is wondering if Romeo will propose while they are in France? Or maybe MaCenna will propose to Romeo? They are probably home by now, but I have been thinking about this!

That’s kitchen is soooo dark. You already don’t get that much light and then you just added more darkness to it😂
Yeeees. It doesn’t make sense. She took a bright cottage kitchen and tried making it dark and moody which takes away from the architecture style of her home. The kitchen just needed a refresh, with lighter colors. But whatever lol.

You guys are adorable! Side note: as an Airbnb host, ask your host if it would be okay to bring/burn a candle. Sometimes it's really difficult to get out the smell and the next guest might be super sensitive to smells which might reflect badly on our reviews. Something to be aware of.... That is all! My 1st post - looking at the dark kitchen cabinets behind you during video, I couldn't help but think the side window pane/'grids' (where your cafe curtains are) would be CUTE painted black. Almost like a french cafe vibe! Would tie in with dark cabinets too/anchor that side of wall. You can always paint back lighter if not to your liking.
I’m so jealous you guys are off to Paris. I haven’t been to Paris in years! Oh oh your kitchen looks incredible. I never would have thought to paint the cabinets. I would have just waited until the new kitchen is to go in. However, it was very smart of you on 2 counts 1) you get to see how a dramatic color would look before redoing the entire kitchen and 2) you get to enjoy the upgraded kitchen until you do the whole thing. I have to laugh every time they mention 70° being cool. It's a hot summers day here in the UK and we're lucky to get more than a few of these days all summer (I live in the North). Last week was the hottest week we've had all summer here.
