Yo, this feels so on model for Papyrus it's not even funny. I picture him acting EXACTLY like this if he was ever so slightly more confident and set on his mission with the skills to back it up. EVEN DOING HIS OWN PUNS TOO CAUSE HE DOESN'T HATE THEM HE JS HATES TRYING TO HAVE A SERIOUS TALK WITH SANS AND HE KEEPS DOING IT EVERY 2 MINUTES This is well done, attack patterns feel flashy and harder but just ever so slightly fair enough. Honestly rlly good job!! Also I loved him being able to minorly do the gravity manipulation, not nearly advanced as sans' but that's a really neat idea for an ever more trained Papyrus.

( The snail pie healing almost everything just as in utge, the fight music goes as the fight goes if you understand what I mean) I wish you good luck in developing also slight note , the grammar in the dialogue is a bit bad but that's just my opinion.
