I mean, from what we have seen he was raised by the fairies by the order from his parents that are royalty (he pretty much is following Sleeping Beauty story) so I think the events unfolded are similar too. Imagine one day waking up and being told by your guardian (that has been there with you since you were a literal baby, that raised you, feed you and essentially was always there despite the fact that there were no blood connections) that your biological family are in fact alive and what to be part of your life and that the guardian that you thought loved you selflessly was ordered to do so by said family. And they tell you all of this shit on your birthday. Ain't no way am not getting angry.
