this DJ make the biggest world famous DJ's look stupid. These guys have time to dance and jump behind their pre setup 'cd-players', Hype has no time for that as he is MIXING TRACKS LIKE A BOSS! :)
Well you have time to dance, here it s a skill exhibition, if you mix just beatmatching harmonic good selection of tracks then that s a good mix, just another type of. Saying this, agree with you that some mixes at 128 SYNC all long prerecorded all Am and all hearing the same like you can see in some festivals, it’s a joke compared to what mixing is.

He use Quantize when looping and he turn off Quantize when he press Hot Cue Button

Nope he never turns quantize off, on at all times, like most DJ’s, that would be the most pointless thing ever, it doesn’t make any difference or enhance or lessen skills, it just makes sure when you set a loop or a cue point it’s perfectly on the closest beat, so there would be no reason to turn it off
@@jacobbrysland3422 what quantity does he have it snapped to? 1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 or 1/16?
I am a DJ, and work with CDJ’s regularly, I could be wrong here, but I’m certain on CDJ’s your hot cues are locked to 1 beat only, you’d need to turn quantize off and manually do it if you wanted a lower quantize value, this is good for DJ’s who like drum roles etc, however DJ’s like this would probably have an extra hook up like an xp1 anyways, but James mostly will never require that if you listen to his sets, 1 beat lock is enough. On software such as Serato if you’re using a controller quantize value can be changed, not on a CDJ as far as I’m aware
