I’ve been there man, my entire life I’ve felt depressed, worthless and like I just don’t matter. Depression is a crippling and mind altering disease that’ll make you into a completely different person. I recently decided to try some medication and it’s helped me so much. Just saying.

Sorry for writing this paragraph, stay strong too brother, this desease wont have us if we keep fighting. And thanks for the words

I believe it is more important today then ever before for people of a young age (12-25) to hear his music and so they know they aren't alone. That's what his music did and still does for me. I think these guys realized at a very young age that the more they learn, there's always more to learn. They express it in a way you that is easier to understand. I'm an older adult who thankfully had a teen age daughter when I was in my 40s to introduce me to these talented guys. I think they are more than musicians. When I first heard this song, it felt like someone held up a mirror to all the things I’d been carrying that weren’t mine. Atomic Spaceman Hey good catch, it's like on "Stressed Out" how it says "whether it's student loans or tree house homes we always take the latter." It's another double entendre. Latter means second or last position in a group, and it also gets at climbing the ladder into a tree house. This one that you mentioned can either mean "Don't mess with the delivery guy." or, I think it a bit ironic, "don't mess with the message and tweak it." It's ironic because that's what I'm doing right now and to be honest, that's why Twenty One Pilots is one of my all time favorite bands.

Yeah that's a good question, I don't really know but I think the ambiguity is on purpose. That way the listener makes their own message. Again, Twenty One Pilots is awesome for that.
hannahwash09 This is one of my favourite tracks from blurryface and I didn't even notice that until a few days ago while listening with headphones. I knew it seemed kind of odd that the deep voice only appeared in Fairly Local and Stressed Out. (The voice technically appears in Lane Boy, towards the ending, but sounds somewhat different). Tyler did say that the deep voice is just one of the ways that blurryface is manifested with this album. Blurry also appears talking thru Tyler's voice ("My name's blurryface...") and also with the paint on Tyler's hands and neck. A theory is that blurryface also shows up in Goner. If you listen closely to the background noises during the song, there's a strange garbled sound. It only goes away during the parts where the snare drum comes in, and at the very end you can hear it loudly and clearly, becoming twisted and manipulated as Tyler screams over it. Finally, Tyler sings "you" and the sound is gone.
At the end of goner blurryface stops because I think he is controlling his demons but it sends chills down my spine when I hear blurryface in the background anyway

It's ironic because that's what I'm doing right now and to be honest, that's why Twenty One Pilots is one of my all time favorite bands.

hannahwash09 This is one of my favourite tracks from blurryface and I didn't even notice that until a few days ago while listening with headphones. I knew it seemed kind of odd that the deep voice only appeared in Fairly Local and Stressed Out. (The voice technically appears in Lane Boy, towards the ending, but sounds somewhat different). Tyler did say that the deep voice is just one of the ways that blurryface is manifested with this album. Blurry also appears talking thru Tyler's voice ("My name's blurryface...") and also with the paint on Tyler's hands and neck. A theory is that blurryface also shows up in Goner. If you listen closely to the background noises during the song, there's a strange garbled sound. It only goes away during the parts where the snare drum comes in, and at the very end you can hear it loudly and clearly, becoming twisted and manipulated as Tyler screams over it. Finally, Tyler sings "you" and the sound is gone.
At the end of goner blurryface stops because I think he is controlling his demons but it sends chills down my spine when I hear blurryface in the background anyway

I hardly ever comment on TH-cam videos, but to be honest this song has grown into one of my favourites of all time.
