I said it once I will say it again! The team should have forced a no celebration rule (but with Prime being the coach that will never happen) this would have forced them to get right back into the game focus and connect with each other like never before. That small time you take to celebrate breaks concentration and gives your opponent a small window to take advantage (Just like in NBA when someone scores and while they are celebrating the other team hurry and scores during the celebration) This is what was missing that they couldn’t figure out literally!! It’s like players was playing to get a big play just to celebrate and get recognition! They really should have only lost one or two games but they couldn’t figure out they were breaking concentration with the celebrating and it eventually started weighing on them mentally! They really was a force they just have to figure this out but like I said we are talking about Primetime here. Say what you want but this team should have been in the playoffs if you disagree go back and watch every game and you would see how they literally beat themselves with simple mistakes and it caused them to get discouraged! Someone send this to Prime ASAP! Enforce a no celebration policy until after the game and watch you will be National Champions! The only problem is when I drop these type of gems on Colorado pages it’s like other teams start using the strategy!

It’s crazy I remember Deions daughter at training camp as a little girl and she was driving the golf cart. She’s the same age as my oldest daughter. Back in 2001 she was suppose to be on my YMCA girls basketball team. I had a uniform for her but she never showed because she was in Houston at the time. This is my first time seeing her as a grown woman. Our sons played for the Frisco Football League back in 2008 Deions first coaching gig. My son wore #21. Deion said something to my son and he went off for 9 sacks that game and was trash for the rest of the season. Deion is the real deal. My son is now 22 and he can’t remember what Deion told him but he remembers the day Deion said make him proud. So many great memories. I was a Bo Jackson fan. I was jealous when Deion came out of Florida State playing baseball and football. I was like who is this guy trying to be like BO. I have been around the great Prime for many years. It’s been a joy to be in his presence and to live in the Collin county area and seeing him and his family grow up.

We the viewers of Bucky's content are watching a master class of networking, development, leadership, and overcoming adversity. Look at the path Coach Prime is laying out for his kids. As a father I will do the same for my children. The knowledge transfer is what creates generational wealth.
You just don't see other coaches doing this. Yes they might have connections but CP has personal connections everywhere not just in football. Any career direction the football players want to go he has the connects to help them.

CP consistently talks about the importance of building relationships. I recall him saying he wanted to have a career fair future athletes so those who didn't become a professional athlete can link up with business professionals in various careers and either get internships or jobs once they get their degree. We the viewers of Bucky's content are watching a master class of networking, development, leadership, and overcoming adversity. Look at the path Coach Prime is laying out for his kids. As a father I will do the same for my children. The knowledge transfer is what creates generational wealth.
You just don't see other coaches doing this. Yes they might have connections but CP has personal connections everywhere not just in football. Any career direction the football players want to go he has the connects to help them.
*This* is what SO many people miss.
I recall one of Colorado's WR's (Xavier?) said he wanted to be a personal trainer after college (i.e., if the NFL didn't come callin').
If Deion Sanders couldn't hook that young man up with a successful start in that biz, who could?

CP consistently talks about the importance of building relationships. I recall him saying he wanted to have a career fair future athletes so those who didn't become a professional athlete can link up with business professionals in various careers and either get internships or jobs once they get their degree. So with all the connections he has a CU career day would be a great opportunity.
