When you go through a period that has put you to the test you need a break. You may have star metal weapons and the armor of the champion but your soul asks you for a break, give it and you will come back stronger than before.

I am assuming this is a pc thing, because i cant see how ppl could use hx to only build in those 2 spots. Are you sure you didnt find old base locations there maybe? As far as i know, there is no way to build outside the green wall anymore. However if you can provide any additional information or would like to exchange information somewhere else i would be interested.

I don't know first hand if it's possible to build there, but I've heard from multiple, reliable sources that it is possible with lagswitch/hacks. I don't know exactly how, as it is a closely guarded secret, but I guess they are just locations to keep in mind if you are looking for exploit bases... that there may be builds there.
