Been trying to find a video that explains the ground level alignment/proportion thing between objects. Your car example hit the spot! Subscribed!

Bro I want to learn anatomy do I have to learn all muscles or should I prioritize them because it could save time, and I wanna draw faces like mangakas do we need another type of books or study material to learn that thing, like fujimoto art style is so cool, his female characters do give such realistic and evil vibes ❤

      Ahh anatomy is pretty interesting!
Personally, I don't think you need to learn every single muscle. I would suggest learning the superficial muscles (muscles that you can see on the surface) rather than the deep muscles because you will hardly see them anyway. This would include your biceps, triceps, quads etc. Honestly though, I would suggest proportioning for anatomy would matter more than the muscular system but that's just what I personally think.
Also if you want to learn a particular style, I would suggest having a bunch of references from their works rather than general fundamentals, provided you already know the fundamentals that is.
I also really like Fujimoto's artstyle, its got that surreal uncanniness that adds to the aesthetic of his story :)

But how would we make this grid planes?

So from the vanishing points, draw the lines coming off that point. As the lines get closer to the horizon, the gap between the lines get smaller and smaller. If it's further away from the horizon (like if its close to a vertical line), the gap between lines are larger. This'll hopefully convey the feeling of a leveled ground.
