I’ve had flow 1 as a secret bjj killer since 92’. Had the book twice . Never seen lock flow 2 or further . Would love to see them

It's good you keep the original Shooto lock flow to its right order. I was a Shoot Wrestling student of Sensei Yori back in 1996. I still have Sensei's book that has the Shooto lock flow. Nice video. 👍

Sensei Yori had emergency surgery while in Japan in early 2016. Since then, he hasn't been able to travel but he has been doing some limited teaching in Japan.

Is this move Japanese UWF?

Satoru Sayama (Tiger Mask) was in the original Japanese UWF and he is the founder of Shooto. But I don't know if I'd go so far as to say they're UWF techniques.
