What is Turtle Beach?
Turtle beach is one of the most famous attractions in Sri Lanka. It’s another beach & what makes it that significant, well the answer is in this place sea turtles can be seen throughout the year. There are 7 species of turtles in turtle kingdom hear you can find 5 of them hear.(We know you are lucky ☺)
How to get there?

Best season to visit
The ideal period to visit hear is between December to March as I mentioned earlier sea turtles can be seen here as usual but in the noted period is best to visit there because by then you can avoid monsoonal season. Because of the ruff sea turtles that came to lay eggs will drop noticeably. Talking about the best time to visit we recommend close to sun rise as possible the earlier you visit the less crowd you’ll get the most out of experience & don’t forget to take a photo while you feeding the sea weeds to the turtle. Watch for their razor sharp shell edges the might injure you badly.
Love the Nature
These animals are very human friendly. Give them there priority and avoid certain actions that it would compel them. Let them mind their business & blend with it.
