    Simple supplies, simple techniques, but in your hands they equal art. I'm always surprised at the final effect you're able to achieve. Thank you so much for sharing!

    I think this is great for a beginner to try. I’m going try different colors; definitely use purple since it’s my favorite color. And you’re right, I think more than one or two colors on a tag like this is more than enough. I just get such a kick that one can keep adding on and it just looks better and better after each one. Use a little sparkle or don’t. Really love this kind of art.
    Thank you for taking the time for all of us. I’ve noticed a lot of others will say, well, I’ve already shown you all how to do that and then carry on without telling us when they had or even leave a link in the description box. And for some reason, it sticks in my head better when you will say something to help us that had just entered your mind. I think it’s because you make more of a pause. It’s how a lot of us think anyways. It also happens to me a lot when I’m having a conversation with someone. There’s no way I can keep everything straight, and I remember bits as I’m doing or talking about it. I hope I’m making sense.
    I’m wishing your pup will get well soon. I’m so sorry to hear of his poor health and one so young at four too. We have a yellow lab around six or seven now. (I’m terrible with time and numbers.) We call her Cheetah because of her enormous paws and how fast she can run. She has three speeds, fast faster and fastest. I’m serious. She was a stray and we got her about three months old. Confuses all of us because she’s a pure bred. She’s terrified of men in beards, real skittish at meeting men anyways. She won’t walk through narrow openings, you have to open the door all the way for her to go through. She had nightmares for at least six months if not more. I would get down and sleep with her and let her know she was safe.
    I had always wondered what had happened to her and how she had become a stray, and then one day I realized it was probably for the best that I didn’t know. What I do know is she is so sweet and loving. Lots of kisses. She’s a happy pup who loves to jump high in the air to catch a ball. She is an amazing friend too. She’s laying right on top of my right foot. Silly girl. She has arthritis around where our tailbone would be. She takes medicine too. A few minutes into your tutorial she had come to let me know it was time for her medicine, so I had paused the video. After we were done and she got her treats with our other pup named Bandit. Never name a pup with a name like that because for some reason they will live up to it. He steals our neighbors toys and brings them home. I’m ever so embarrassed when I have to bring them back all nice clean and minus the slobber. Thank goodness for nice neighbors is all I have to say on that matter.
    Oh my goodness, I had just wanted to say thank you for being so patient and taking the time to explain things a lot of us beginners may not know. I had also wanted to send you good wishes with your pup. I could hear your love for your pup as you spoke. Your pup is in great hands.
    Be well.

    Love the label design and the background. Me too, I could sit and watch you explain things all day! I find it really helpful that you explain things so clearly. Even down to that handy tip with the design set on the diagonal.

      Hi Louise, it is a supreme, smooth quality card, 330gsm and it can take quite a lot of water. The stamps work really well with it too. X

    Could you tell me do u use color box die ink or pigment ink on the gell plate for the back grounds. I love your cards beautiful.

    I definitely benefit from your detailed explanations! Question: how do you use the big tags when finished? How do you display them? A card will stand up on its own on a shelf or mantel. I love making these, but then what?

    • @momofschnauzers
      @momofschnauzers 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can add them to a card front. Or make a pocket on the card front and use the tag as a bookmark. You can add a folded card to the back of the tag and use as a card.
