The adjustable bed would do wonders for your back, you need to try it out. If you don’t like it you can get some good coin for it. We have a King (two singles - each with own controls) and love it.

Those chairs look expensive, l always bought new but as l have got older l think older second hand is better, you get antique quality items in furniture that will last my lifetime and beyond.😊

My husband and I just bought one of those mattress beds we love it. You can raise your head plus it has a massager in it that he goes to sleep with every night. They are relaxing. Jeremy you just might like it

I had a bed like that, but a big wooden base. Ultramatic. Queen-sized. Cost over 5000 Canadian in 1993. Had a mattress on top, heated mattress cover, vibrated, besides head and foot going up and down. My autistic son jumped on it broke the hinges.
The CBD cream really will help with your back, though the creams are usually too mild to be very good. If you can find it, get a bottle of CBD oil and add some frankincense and vetiver essential oils (from the health food store). Shake well to mix it, and rub it in well wherever you're having pain. Absolutely not for drinking - vetiver can make you sick if taken internally - but all three are natural anti-inflammatory agents and when combined, the effect is magnified. Bonus points because unlike prescription meds, you're not impaired at all when you use it.
That Pachinko machine reminded me of a book by the same name by Min Jin Lee. If y’all enjoy reading, look for it. You get a good insight into pachinkos and where they were a huge part of the culture and history of Korea and its relationship euthanasia Japan in the early 20th century.

Things are looking better every day with Florida units, real treasure potential. Have you given any thought to getting a couple of shipping containers to hold all the excess goodies you keep finding Geremy? You certainly won't fit all that furniture into the existing ranch house, (unless you want it to look like a furniture warehouse, lol!) I can't wait to see the progression on this unit.
Your pachinko machine is probably in working order, Just need to get a tray for the bottom of the machine in the back to collect the pachinko balls that you will need to play it,, Other than that, all it needs is either batteries, or to plug it in for the pretty lights,,,, I used to have one,, An awesome addition to any man cave,, :-)
Better stuff in FL due to all the snow birds. I used to love thrift shopping in FL cuz snow birds would use furniture for a few years, barely touched, then theyd donate and we would get barely used newish stuff LOL
