Havoc is honestly really good already, I would just remove Turbo, keep Devo perma Care Package, and then buff Havoc if you need to. It’s a high skill weapon when not broken

Eva 8 is a BEAST this season. That thing MELTS people so quickly. Idk if it’s cuz the console lobbies are a bit different than pc lobbies but at least on pc that thing DELETES people in close range. I think the biques def are better but I have melted entire teams with path cuz that thing is just a beautiful damage king. It takes a specific player to use it but if you’re aggressive and good at taking weird angles the Eva 8 becomes a god tier delete button.
The hemlock is one of the most beginner friendly assault rifle, thanks to its burst it has the easiest recoil to control, and the nerf it got were the time between bursts was increased, was really only a buff cuz the recoil has never been easier to control, and the nemisis might be better cus it can still operate in close range but it still needs to hit shots to be good, so in my opinion if you have a good secondary weapon that can shred in close range like the car, the hemlock is an s tier
Hemlock nerf rlly affected the ttk, in high level lobbies your not out gunning a nemesis, flatline, spitfire or even a 301 the nerf to its recoil and burst is rlly affecting its viability imo

Recently I tried a new loadout, the carzam (the Mozambique and car) it doesn't sound the best but I was surprised when I tried it. It shreds close range and if you have good aim you can use the car for the more mid to long range and the single mozam can hit from mid range.
Used to main rampages and spitfires as primary and a eva or Mozambique as second becoz my aim was shit lol. Its gr8 2 hear that mozambiques can be dualied now. And the lmg shield yusss
The longbow is great because in early games it can also serve as a close range weapon when u don’t have anything else whereas other snipers are much harder to use that way
I was spending some time in the firing range yesterday and I noticed that the AA seems very strange on SMGs. Once I equipped anything else AA went back to normal. Also it seems like I'm getting no regs with SMGs.
100ms ping is definitely the problem here, because I was experiencing the same for multiple matches with 100-150ms ping, the visuals look as if I hit the entire pellets but apparently I only hit 7s
Tim, if you see this, please answer. G7 does only little bit less damage and can shoot basically twice as fast as 30-30. It is a little bit harder to shoot, but easy to learn. Why are the G7 and 30-30 ranked in the same tier?
I low key liked the heavy weapon nerfs cause most of the time I find myself not even fully one mag’ing someone with the flatline I usually had 2-4 bullets left from a decent beam last season and the hemolok nerf was justified it was too noob friendly.
I think the Kraber is a tier or 2 to low. Excess damage done to a gunshields "bleeds" through. As a result the Kraber will still 2 tap most players. Also I have been having a much easier sniping on E-District because of the building centric playstyle and the new changes to favor holding a central building that they added.

The fact that scout got a buff last season means it’s only really beaten by sentinels and nemesis in its target usage. nah tim you gotta put pk in meta they changed the pellet spread and now its an upside down triangle so aiming for the chest and even arms are way more forgiving I no joke haven't hit for less than 50 in a long time
Putting LSTAR in B tier is a criminal offense. There is no gun in the game that melts hip hiring up close like an LSTAR. Or even long range if you can hit your shots w a 3x
Eva8 needs some drastic change. Every shotgun feels so good right now but there's no reason to run a Eva when there are akimbo mozams. Increase the fire rate or something. Eva should fire like an R99 lol

It was care packaged for a few seasons. So it was in its prime, and sometimes outgunning every shotgun depending on the variable. So it kinda makes sense that it it probably the weakest shotgun now. I'm confused as to how the flatline can be your S-tier pick for "the best traditional assault rifle" even after the slight nerf, and yet you still feel the nerf is still "really unneeded." S-tier guns that are the best in the game, are exactly the type of gun that are in need of being nerfed.
R99 has damage fall-off starting at 6 meters. Its atrocious what they did to my baby... But also, you can run full speed with the R99 so NEVER holster it!
Why would you even run a gun that needed you to replicate ammo when you can get a Battery or possibly Banners out of it if you just decide to use other options

I think you have to look at the difference in fire rate on the EVA compared to like the PK so ya my Eva shots might hit for only like 45-80 or something compared to a PK but when i can shoot 3-4 times with the Eva compared to 1 shot with the PK regardless of bolt I just don't see how it can be C tier is all. Its also a lot more forgiving with a bigger mag and faster fire rate. Respect your opinion though to each their own.
I definitely do not agree with a lot of this. Eva is just as good as the other shotguns, actually even better with a max shotgun bolt. The fact it is not being picked up is because the Akimbo Mozams are broken and do its job better. Much easier to use, more consistent, and boosted loader is actually very good on it. Peacekeeper is the worst shotgun IMO right now, but it’s still good. Wingman is B tier. It’s completely outclassed now by any other weapon in Mid and Close range and isn’t worth the insane skill ceiling. Not to mention the god awful iron sights. It’s the only weapon in the entire game except the Longbow where headshots feel required to compete. It needs sniper mag. L-Star is also the best LMG in the entire game, idk where the fuck you got that absurd take from. LMGs have massive reload windows and L-Star completely avoids this with skilled gunplay. You can put way more pressure on and it’s insane in close range. Rampage is good too but you need to use it on an anchor character and I think it’s outclassed by better poke weapons like Triple Take or G-7 without a thermite charge. Spitfire is just nooby, it’s not really that good outside of the stupid hip fire, it just takes zero skill. I also think the LMGs are way stronger than they should be right now in general because Gun Shield Generator drop rate is absurdly high and needs a massive reduction. It feels like almost every LMG bin literally has the hop up right next to it, that was to be intentional to make people use it for sales, exactly why they intentionally released the obviously broken akimbo in this state. I have never seen a higher hop up drop rate before. Akimbo Mozam is absolutely broken, it is better than literally every single gun on this list except the Devotion. It has way more overall damage per mag than Havoc, uses less ammo, Havoc needs a turbo to even compete, has zero recoil control, full strafe speed, and also has completely broken shotgun perk synergy. 140 damage in 3 bullets from hammer points is fucking insane. There is no way Havoc can compete with that. I feel a lot of this list is aim assist biased as well. Car is not that good. Eva-8 is very solid. Mastiff is the best secondary in the game right now if you are good because of how many corners the buildings have on E-District. R-301 is better than the Flatline right now IMO because you no longer want to use an AR for hipfire with cllse range secondaries being so good, making that buff from the Flatline not that useful, and the recoil control is infinitely better than the Flatline. You can extend your effective distance probably like almost 50+ meters with the 301 over the Flatline. Flatline is definitely very good but the 301 feels way more versatile.
This is without a shadow of a doubt the worst take I have ever seen. I didn’t agree with some of his tier list but you just went off the deep end with horrible opinions lmao.

@@Mopper101How? SMGs are solid but they fall off hard in building fights where Shotguns have way more agency, especially on zip battles. Havoc isn’t that good anymore. It’s very strong still, but it’s nowhere near Godtier except with Turbocharger which is broken. The reason it isn’t that good is that energy ammo is starved more often and it is a very high resource gun. It also has a very hard recoil pattern. You need to match the gun with a low resource, long range gun to balance it or you need to be playing a hard entry fragger to use your guns more often by getting into fights quickly. The problem here is that you either use the G7 or the Sentinel realistically to solve this problem and both aren’t that strong. They’re fine guns but G-7 takes a lot of attachments to feel fluid and kind of just loses to Hemlok and Nemesis in gun challenges and Sentinel becomes worse the longer the game goes, with its strongest point surprisingly being off drop with very good iron sights for a sniper and a oneshot on headshot. You can actually use the Rampage as a suppressive DMR but that really incentivizes you to spend space on thermites, needs a gun shield to be better than the others, and uses more general ammo. But it is an option. L-Star is very, VERY strong in close range and strong enough in mid range to be versatile. The reason is that the hipfire lets you completely avoid the very slow strafe speed and the gunshield hopup lets you HP diff someone on a gun challenge. Considering the meta is still hard aggressive, selfish legends, this gun is ridiculous on someone like Revenant where you can be constantly applying pressure with zero reloads and a massive HP pool. Flatline is overrated, the recoil pattern is one of the hardest to control in the entire game and I think the R-301 is much more consistent and has way better iron sights. They are both good but R-301 can do a lot more and is a much more versatile gun for a fragger legend if you can’t get enough space to play entry and need to fight longer range.
I would say PK got a massive nerf with that pattern change... It's pretty much dead weapon now - F tier. Akimbo mozambique is not that great either - it's just the same moz with more bullets but worse swap time - B tier. Mastiff was good before, now it's even better, so at least we have 1 shotgun that's still usable.

4:29 I would say the altanator is a little underrated. Mainly due to its hip fire accuracy. This means landing more shots with more strafing speed.

This is probably the best list I’ve seen so far. The only thing I’d change is bumping up the single Mozam to the Re 45.

Overall function doesn't really change much between the two, to the point where I think either should be above or below an entire tier.

Havoc isn’t that good anymore. It’s very strong still, but it’s nowhere near Godtier except with Turbocharger which is broken. The reason it isn’t that good is that energy ammo is starved more often and it is a very high resource gun. It also has a very hard recoil pattern. You need to match the gun with a low resource, long range gun to balance it or you need to be playing a hard entry fragger to use your guns more often by getting into fights quickly. The problem here is that you either use the G7 or the Sentinel realistically to solve this problem and both aren’t that strong. They’re fine guns but G-7 takes a lot of attachments to feel fluid and kind of just loses to Hemlok and Nemesis in gun challenges and Sentinel becomes worse the longer the game goes, with its strongest point surprisingly being off drop with very good iron sights for a sniper and a oneshot on headshot. You can actually use the Rampage as a suppressive DMR but that really incentivizes you to spend space on thermites, needs a gun shield to be better than the others, and uses more general ammo. But it is an option.
L-Star is very, VERY strong in close range and strong enough in mid range to be versatile. The reason is that the hipfire lets you completely avoid the very slow strafe speed and the gunshield hopup lets you HP diff someone on a gun challenge. Considering the meta is still hard aggressive, selfish legends, this gun is ridiculous on someone like Revenant where you can be constantly applying pressure with zero reloads and a massive HP pool.
Flatline is overrated, the recoil pattern is one of the hardest to control in the entire game and I think the R-301 is much more consistent and has way better iron sights. They are both good but R-301 can do a lot more and is a much more versatile gun for a fragger legend if you can’t get enough space to play entry and need to fight longer range.

I would say PK got a massive nerf with that pattern change... It's pretty much dead weapon now - F tier. Akimbo mozambique is not that great either - it's just the same moz with more bullets but worse swap time - B tier. Mastiff was good before, now it's even better, so at least we have 1 shotgun that's still usable.
