Fun fact for some people about push ups. In Japanese karate it does not matter how many push ups you can do. It matters how long you can do them for. For instance a well conditioned person can do five push ups in three minutes. By very slowly going up and down, never stopping the motion, always keeping tension and body weight active while slowly breathing. It was actually quite a impressive feat to witness in person.

I was always told to do slow pushups when I was under training. I never understood why do it slow as it hurt a lot to me back then.
It's been 10 years since I left my training and now after starting to do weightloss stuff in gym I'm understanding why slow pushups were important. They do hurt but they are the best to gain strength.

Так же не забывайте что для дома вам придется купить как минимум утяжелители кг на 20. И купить стероидов хотя бы на 1 курс который будет длиться миниум 3 месяца. И тогда через 3 месяца, всего за один месяц вы сможете накачать себе большие руки. Но к сожалению не сможете. Так как ни одного из представленных упражнений не является изолирующим. Вы будете качать себе спину, грудь и плечи, но только не бицепс трицепс, так как все напряжение на будет рассеиваться именно на эти части тела. В итоге за месяц тренировок, даже если они будут правильными, с определенным количеством подходов и повторений, а так же весом, вы всего лишь приведёте свои мышцы в небольшой тонус. При этом руки останутся такого же объема как и были до тренировок.

Day 1 : I could only do half the sets mentioned. My hand wasn't able to do it but my mind was so it made my hand more tired. Anyway today was a very productive day. Will do it tomorrow also!!

And complete bullshit. Muscle hypertrophy does not happen that quickly no matter what you do. Be patient, have realistic goals and use a program based on progressive overload. This program will not get you there and the only thing you'll end up with is frustration.

dips is such a good alternative to pushups, on pushups i have to both focus on balancing myself as well as pushing the ground, on dips it purely focuses on power

@@kolokol5625 упражнения в которых есть силовая нагрузка, элементарное: упражнения с собственным или дополнительным весом на турнике и брусьях, подъемы гантелей/гири, и т.п. тоесть упражнения которые вызывают разрыв мышечных микроволокон, и вообще вся инфа имеется в специализированной литературе
@@Αρτέμ-φ2ε Для начинающих и такая нагрузка будет достаточной. Упражнения, как понимаю, захватывают основные группы мышц. Увеличить вес и кол-во повторов, в случае легкого выполнения, никто не мешает ведь.

@@angel9177 todos estan muy buenos , sobre todos los que no usan ningun material por si no tenes ninguno, tenes que ponerte una rutina definida, hacer 3 o 4 series de 10 a 15 repeticiones hasta donde llegues y come bien, se constante y no pares en esa rutina, con al menos 40 minutos al dia podes hacer cambios
en las 4 semanas haces un día de por medio, o haces lunes, Martes, miércoles, jueves y viernes y descansas sábado y domingo?

just do slower reps it better and you can't get that big in 4 weeks or 4 mouths without roids. do 5 seconds up 5 seconds down it called time under tension look it up.
