    Dr. Chatterjee, you are my very , very favorite speaker of all times. You exude kindness. Your questions and comments are always point on and delivered eloquently.
    You are the reason I enjoy exercising , as I’ve paired running , whether it be outdoors or in , with you.
    Your guests are always top notch as well.
    Dr. Chatterjee, I’m grateful for you on a daily . Your work (I also have two of your books, your journal, two of the productivity planners) has really challenged my thinking, and is always enriching my life. Thank you .

    Carolyn Myss's book on Why People Don't Heal- always came down to an inability to forgive and let go. I believe that 100 percent. As they say , Forgiveness is for the self to be Free- not "Fairness"

    Let’s be clear. In the US when you go to Dr. they Do Not follow the protocol of Dr Peter. It is a quick 15 minute appointment and usually you see the NP and they focus on blood work w/ the most minimal tests done ( can’t do more / insurance won’t pay)

    Forgiveness is really about not holding onto the anger about an event and/or person. How can we shut off the anger? The usual admonition is to let it go. But there is a middle step that needs to be taken.
    •If we think of anger as part of the grieving process, and in no particular order, we can stay stuck in that anger for years. Decades.
    •Recently, a pastor shared this concept: in order to "let it go," we need to first "let it be."
    •We can visualize the event/person as an object. We can set it down like a glass of water. We don't need to continue staring at it. We know it is there so we can go about our business. At some point, the glass can be moved further away, where we don't see it all the time. Eventually, the glass of water can be emptied, i.e., the "let it go."

    I have been watching your channel on occasion and some of your guests are a true tonic to which I am referring in the main, those who promote whole food lifestyles. I think a noteworthy addition to your interview portfolio would be Dr. Sten Ekberg, a former Olympian and Holistic Doctor residing in Atlanta Georgia. Dr Ekberg is a gifted communicator and deserves wider appreciation, his grasp of physiology is wonderful and his TH-cam channel is simply "top notch."

    Thank you so, so much, Rangan and Peter, that was a fantastic and deep conversation! ❤ I listened to the whole four hours, albeit in three sessions. 😅 I particularly liked that you, Rangan, were a little bit more critical this time with your guest and pierced some of the more problematic - or at least contested - points of what he was saying. Please continue this journey of what we might call "critical journalism". And please continue to point out contradictions in your guest's logic. You're much better when you do that than when you simply sugarcoat everything your guests say. ❤

    • @annedupin3540
      @annedupin3540 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      By which, I'd like to add, I don't mean there was anything substantial to criticize in what Peter said. He's a well-renowned doctor who stands firmly on the ground of science. But you had other guests who said some rather doubtful things. Please be more critical of those. 😊

    Radial tonometry or pulse wave pressure monitoring correlates directly with past trauma. That pulse wave pressure can demonstrate when the trauma occurred and if they’re still suffering from that trauma. It gives you a beautiful graphic presentation of emotional correlation and potential fatal outcomes I suggest you look at the studiesdone with radial tonometry pulse weight monitoring and the history of emotional trauma
