if pokimane peaked immortal, why is she playing with opponents of this level? they do not seem to have players matched to the same elo. matchmaking in val can be incredibly poor esp in unrated. im iron yet in 2 to 3 instances have had to play lobbies with gold 1 players. ik everyone shits on gold 1 but the skill diff between gold 1 and iron is massive.

@@JO-io5st she solo-queued a bunch of livestreams when she grinded immortal. she also mostly play with her friends who are silver and bronze so she doesn't get boosted by that either.
she has sick plays, she top frags most of her games, it's just that some of them aren't as good.
