Third-year student Lucy reflects on her journey to Norland and how every student is united by their passion for childcare and to give every child the best possible start in life. She discusses the job security that the Norland Agency offers to its fully qualified graduates, placements and the lifelong friendships she's made.
Please note that when Lucy says there were six jobs for every Norlander last year, this means there were six permanent jobs for every Norlander seeking one through the Norland Agency last year (2019/20). Also, when Lucy says placements make up 50% of the course, placements make up slightly less than half of our course.
