Four Foods Group buys 48 Little Caesars locations
Four Foods Group on Wednesday said it has purchased 48 Little Caesars restaurants in Alabama and Louisiana, continuing the Utah-based company’s rapid expansion into new territories and concepts.
The deal doubles the size of the 9-year-old company, at least in terms of units. Four Foods currently operates 44 Kneaders Bakery & Café restaurants. It also operates two R&R Barbecue locations and acquired the Gilbert, Ariz.-based The Soda Shop in January.
The deals now give FFG 97 restaurants in Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Alabama and Louisiana, with annual revenues this year projected to exceed $150 million.
“We have now become one of the leading restaurant concept incubators and management growth companies in America, and we are just getting started,” company co-founder and CEO Andrew Smith said in a statement.
The Little Caesars announcement came the day after Four Foods said it secured $33 million in financing,
including $22.7 million in acquisition financing from the lender CIT Group Inc., and $10 million from private investors and current shareholders.
In Little Caesars, Four Foods will get into one of the largest pizza chains in the country. And the franchisee is familiar with the area where the restaurants being acquired are located: Shauna Smith, FFG’s co-founder, is an Alabama native.
Four Foods cited Little Caesars value, convenience and speed for its decision to buy into the brand, and indicated that the concept fits the operator’s long-term portfolio strategy.
“We have a deep love for the South and the hospitality, respect and work ethic that comes with Southern culture,” Shauna Smith said in a statement. “In this case, we have a terrific brand we believe is positioned for a lot of growth in these rural areas of Alabama and Louisiana. Four Foods Group will provide the capital and management structure needed to maximize growth in these areas.”
In addition to its corporate headquarters in American Fork, Utah, Four Foods will open a second corporate office in Birmingham, Ala., where it will house 28 employees.

Pineapple pizza is good but it has a time and place. You don't just lob pineapple on any random pizza, it only belongs with bacon, Canadian bacon, or is pretty good on a BBQ chicken too

Me and my girl just had a conversation about this. In the last 6 or so months we've eaten at several local mainstream pizza places in our small town. Papa John's, Domino's, Pizza Hut, Pagliai's, Marco's, Godfathers, etc. The other day we got some Little Ceasars pepperoni and we were both shocked to agree that...this $6 instant pepperoni pizza literally shit *all over* every other place we've had in the last 6 months reviewing pizzas. Wow, even their Italian Cheese Bread *and* their marinara sauce, was much much better than other, far more expensive and time consuming, popular pizza places.

Sophia S the "war time radio" voice actually has some crazy history behind it. I forgot the name of the accent, but it was taught to kids in grade school early so if they needed to talk over a radio at any time, their high-pitched voice could be heard more clearly. Kinda crazy that something so small turned into a way for everyone to talk back then.

I can tell you're a one take kinda guy. you record once, take care of business and upload. that makes you a champ, there's magic in your eyes reviewbrah.
I work at Little Caesars, have for 2 years since I was 14. Some of the sauces there are great, cheesy jalapeno, buttery garlic, buffalo ranch, and ranch are the sauces. But they make the pizza so much better. Also the seasoning by the name of "zap pack" is also worth a try. I personally enjoy it. One of my co-workers also mixes the marinara sauce with the buttery garlic sauce and its not too bad. Only use about half of the buttery garlic cup though. Also, you can call in to place your order! A lot of people don't know that, and it guarantee's you get a fresh pizza even when the shop is in the midst of chaos. But in the end of the day, there are a lot of things to review there. There are also items people don't know about like the cinnamon bread sticks and the jalapeno Italian cheese bread(Depending on location, my store has both). Also, for 2 extra dollars, you can get any pizza with up to 5 toppings. (unless its a specialty pizza like a 3 meat treat, ultimate supreme, Hawaiian, veggie, and a few more. They equal $8)
Overall, call in, try the sauces, and maybe some seasoning packets for a good combination :D (Sauces are 2 for $1 and $0.59 for 1)

I have gotten these before. Just now that you mention it did I realize that yes, they do pre-bake these pizzas and let them warm in an oven. I always assumed that they sold them to me ready to go because it was a rush hour.
Hey brah, there's something at Little Ceasers that NOBODY has done as good as them. It's the Jalapeño cheese bread. No, it's not spicy it all. But it's the most delicious breadsticks in any pizza place. You have to give them a try!
This guy's channel really is great, it has a certain irony to it, with the fact that he's always wearing a suit or something and being all classy to review fast food in his car. But in that irony, he's just so sincere and you can really tell that he cares about what he does. He's just great and it's impossible to get bored of his content

Back in the 80s Little Caesars pizza was square and then cut into little small squares...it was awesome. Not that it isn't good now, it was just a totally different recipe. They also had a really cool commercial back then.
The spray tan really sets off the Art Deco tie, ReviewBrah. ;) Nice cuff links too. Our local LC does a great job with the $5 Hot-N-Ready Pepperoni Pizza. Always fresh, super fast and the best $5 you can spend for pizza.

So this is what my life has boiled down to. Me, 16 years old, beginning the peak of my life, is sitting in my bed at 1 in the morning watching TH-cam on my phone, which includes watching a video of a man in nice clothing eating a hot and ready little Caesars pizza in his car assumingly in the parking lot of the restaurant.

The thing with Little Ceasers Hot N Ready Pizzas is they can be drastically different depending on the time and location. I've had a few from a city nearby that were terrific! On the other hand, the one up north has horrible ones.

I always order these "well done" for that extra crisp. The plus is my local Little Ceasars locations all have drive thrus so I don't even have to get out of my car for a $5 pizza! I just call a few minutes ahead and drive over.
I love the Little Ceasars Hot and Ready. A great value for the money and the perfect lazy dinner. As its name implies it really is best eaten fresh. The taste and texture of the pizza diminishes greatly once it reaches room temperature. Thats just been my observation though.
Anyone else just wonder how funny would it be if someone dragged him out of car while he was doing this and what his reaction would be hahaha
