The Hit rules for Bankers third card in this video are atrociously incorrect.
If banker's hand totals 3 and player draws a third card, banker will draw unless player's third card was 8
If banker's hand totals 4, banker will draw if player's third card was 2-7
If banker's hand totals 5, banker will draw if player's third card was 4-7
If banker's hand totals 6, banker will draw if player's third card was 6 or 7
