hamare company me employee share + employer share + pension contribution sara kuchh employee ke taraf se kata jata hai. mehangai aur salary ke taraf kon dhyan dega. placemnt lab incharge 15000 salary. epf12%of salary deducted amount 1800/-= Deposited in epf acc: Employee share =584/-,Employer Share= 179/- pension contribution = 405/- total deposite amount 1168/- means less than deducted amount .
