Well, that's Thorns for you. The main reason for why he was considered as one of the most broken operator back then was because with him, you wouldn't need regular anti air sniper anymore. He handles land and air enemies at ease.

This whole event was multi tasking final boss, they added more multi tasking to Arknights which already required good multi tasking skills

boss stage is really just transport your guy across the perils while fending off bandit attack

Both boss stages get really easy if you have 6 E1 max defenders
