He doesn't say that he was mean to the members, it was more so that he acted in a very scary manner to the other members in the sense that he was a very strict leader. I think maybe because he wasn't sure yet what the best way to be a leader was. He's the youngest in his family and he hadn't been expecting to be the leader - there was apparently another '95er who had trained for a long time that likely would have been the leader. And jeonghan always gets his princess treatment, he gets expensive gifts, money, every type of support and 24hr affection from Seungcheol all the time. But jeonghan is such a giveaway too, sometimes he blushes and can't even make a freaking eye contact with scoupsie. Jeonghan also reciprocates Seungcheol's affection otherwise Seungcheol wouldn't be as much crazy for him as he is. He's always supported and encouraged Seungcheol but he's more of silent type. You SHOULD check out more jeongcheol videos, please.
