Best Chinese herbal mee suah chicken soup I ever tasted made by myself…haha easily done.
Recipe
1 chicken leg cut into 2 ( skinned if you like )
3 presoaked shiitake mushrooms
3 seedless red dates
12 pieces dried longan
1 tsp gojiberries
Some American ginseng
Enough water
3 pieces mee suah
Vegetable of your choice
