I have become a big Regine fan when I first heard her sing live in a concert. I was so amazed that someone could sing live so clean, like you're listening to a CD recording. And honestly, she sounds many times better live than how you hear her in her TH-cam videos. Since then, I never missed a Regine concert when she goes on a US concert tour. I have travelled to the Philippines twice in the past just to attend her concert. That was in the early 2000's while at the peak of her career. Her career peak was like 10 years, LOL (1997 - 2007). That's how one of a kind she is. Regine only has one child. He's five I believe. It was after giving birth when she developed acid reflux.

Hi Tammy and Devon her concert will be at the Mall of Asia Arena in the Philippines this Oct 21, 2017. She started selling the tickets last july 25 and the tickets are already soldout in less than 24hours. I bought 2 PLATINUM tickets, was able to squeeze in my tickets since this is going to be the biggest concert from an OPM (Original pinoy music) artist. She is also the only best selling opm artist of all time. Regarding your query. She has one son his name is Nate. His 5 years old. Regine has 2 stepdaughters from her husband-Ogie Alcasid previous marriage.
According to her, she was trained by her dad since she was younger, the training includes her soaking her self on the water at water level on her neck and make her do the vocal lessons and sing, you know it's not easy to sing when the water level is on your neck lol, that's why she's a nuke lol
regine started singing at 2 years old and started to join singing competitions at 6. won philippine competition at 14 and won international at 18 years old. so basically she has been singing for almost 45 years.
Regine will also be releasing a 3 pack CD with 30 songs composed of her hits throughout the years remastered and rearranged in line with her 30th anniversary in the music scene. Got my tickets already to her concert :) see yah all!
yeah. regine has a strong fan base. everything she does is really important to us.. even a smallest clip in magazines that features her we will surely keep it. her facebook fan page reveals the evidence that her fans is so addicted to her. even concert tickets are being kept for memorabilia. i dont know i have not admired anyone other than REGINE. She's celebrating her 30th year in the industry and it's amazingly (almost) sold out on its 1st day of selling and people are already requesting for a repeat even though the concert is still months from now. She is just the best selling artist of all time in the Philippines. She's just so blessed because of her humility, and people especially the gay community love her because of her light hearted personality. Hail to the QUEEN!

I actually own Wendy Motens original single of this song. I still listen to it today. Wendys biggest hindrance to success was the fact that Whitney Houston came on the scene at. the same time. In reality Wendy has pipes and range every bit as good as Whitney, but Whitney took off and the rest is History. Regine is the only singer that can do it justice.
