    Love the video! The waterfalls are much heavier, usually. If you go after a few weeks of heavy rain it’s epic, but be careful because it can be dangerous then, too!

    I'm from Wiltshire but spent many holidays up in North Wales with my old man. I now live in FL with my wife and we are visiting in September and i'm going to show my wife the wonderful scenery of North Wales/Anglesey. Have you guys been to the castles yet? I would love to see a video with them.

      We did manage to make it to one castle on our last visit… Harlech Castle I think it was 😌 it was outstanding! It’s so good that you’ll be able to return with your wife and show her around 🤩 what a treat for both of you ❤️

    Great watch but you missed the best bit of Dinas Rocks falls, nice little cave to walk into there also. Never mind, looks like you had a blast which is the main. You are right about the rock Cory, tis limestone - South Wales has one of the largest cavings systems in the UK... you will have noticed the word Ogof on a lot of the placards - this means cave. atb Alan

      @@cjexplores If you ever come back have a search for Clydach gorge - a fascinating place with some fab little spots inc cwm Nant Gam which hasAtlantic Rain forest vibes. There is a short clip on my channel if you want to see what it looks like.

    Its a good thing that footpath above Sgwd Isaf Clun Gwyn is now shut off. Very dangerous footpath

      @cjexplores  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Did a lot of people get hurt there?

    • @GOVN42
      @GOVN42 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @cjexplores Yes. Quite a few. Bad condition narrow footpath with a 10-15m drop. They closed it because several people fell off.

      We’ve loads of recommendations for you! Some of our favourites:
      Skomer Island
      Barafundle Bay (mum’s favourite)
      Marloes Sands (try Runwayskiln cafe for breakfast or lunch)
      Solva
      St. David’s
      Little Haven and Broad Haven beaches
      Skrinkle Haven and Church Doors
      Tenby
      3 Cliffs Bay
      Whitesands Bay
      Too many to choose from but we look forward to watching your videos from some of them when you do visit!
      We’re going to Cornwall in a few weeks’ time, just working our way through your Cornwall videos. Pedn Vounder looks amazing! 😊☀️

      @@cjexploreshighly recommend in the summertime park at bosheston and take a walk through the Lilly ponds and then head over the cliffs towards barafundle bay (a secluded beach) have a picnic on the cliffs looking over barafundle and the sea it’s spectacular. Then walk through the beach over to the other side and head over to stockpole. There’s a nice tea room there and always good for a quick loo break and then head on through the car park and follow the trail back to the car park in bosheston. It’s about 3 hours but it’s a stunning walk in Pembrokeshire, you won’t regret it.

      @@Wiiggz thanks for the recommendations! We are in NZ currently but I’ll save these to our map for when we return and hopefully we can do a summertime trip 😁
