    taille = size
    In English we would rarely use "size" to refer to "height" alone. Instead, "size" could refers to a shoe or glove or shirt collar size.
    En anglais nous utiliserons rarement «size» pour désigner uniquement «hauteur, altitude, métres». Plutôt «taille» ferait référence à une mesure de chaussure ou de gant ou de chemise.

    Once tried learning Spanish and Italian at the same time, but kept getting words all mixed up, because of the similar pronunciation of the two languages. However in French, even though some of the words are written the same or quite similar as they are in Spanish, the pronunciation is completely different. Take marrón. Spelled exactly the same in both Spanish and French...except for the accent mark, but night and day difference in pronunciation. If a person could somehow learn the French pronunciation, it seems very possible to learn both languages at the same time.

    Can we use indefinite articles like-
    Il a un visage ronde.
    Or is it necessary to use definite article?

    • @lingoniFRENCH
      @lingoniFRENCH  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      bonjour, that's a good question :)
      You can perfectly use the indefinite indeed, that works!

    Just a quick question,
    At the end the sentence
    (Il/elle est âgé) don’t we pronounce the last T cuz it’s behind a vowel (â)?
    Sth like “Elle etage” phonically.
    Merci Beaucoup 🙏🏻

    I enjoy learning with you, but you are giving examples as fast as you can , and I wasn't able to write down all the sentences and examples . So if I just listen without writing I will definitely forget them . So please give us a few time between the example and the another ... Despite all , you still a great teacher and I like your content and enjoy learning it .
    Cordialement...

    why its.... elle a les yeux bleus..... it should be BLEUES.

    • @lingoniFRENCH
      @lingoniFRENCH  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Merci :)! It's her eyes which are blue, and eyes is masculine and plural so we dont need the feminine mark with the -e :). Does that make sense?

  • @sukritiseth3525

    Hi, at 6:25 you wrote that Il a une petite bouche. how come the adjective doesn't come after the noun here, also isn't petite feminine?

      @@lingoniFRENCH But it says "il/elle est âgé(e), which means "âgé" can be used for both genders. But when writing we gotta write "elle est âgée"?
