First passive is the 2nd passive which is unlimited energy
Second passive is the 15th passive which makes gaster blaster appear above the enemy when dealing damage

This is a custom character,not a official character,you can make custom characters in bonetale 1.6 **alpha version**
We have no idea when the **full version** is out
