Dedhen la thank you for providing an exceptional tour of Dhasa house for us. It is extremely useful for many Tibetans like me travelling through Majnukatilla especially with family and kids. I can see that the hotel stands out for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and airy ambiance which are often hard to find in other guest houses and are invaluable for families seeking comfort and cleanliness. While I have noticed some negative comments about Dhasa House which I think is unfortunate as some tibetans in our community have this habit of pulling each others down whereas we should be supporting Tibetan owned businesses. And I also disagree with some people saying the rooms are expensive. I have stayed in some relatively good hotels in Majnukatilla, and the price wise they are also in the range of 2000 - 4000 rupees. And Dedhen la you have clearly mentioned the categories of rooms available and the price range of each rooms which I think is reasonable.
Quite expensive and normal Tibetans who live in India and Nepal cannot afford it, but the rooms seem to be clear and nice and the view is something special compared with all the hotels that are completely blocked by each other in MT. I think this hotel is suitable for Tibetans who live in Western countries when they come to visit India. Thank you Zema la touring the hotel and sharing your experience of staying there and information about the prices of the rooms.
Yeah I been one time at Dhasa House on summer holiday with my dad and mom and enjoy so much even in Delhi heat. The staff are very polite helpful and my favorite is the comfortable bed and clean room. We got extra bed and 3 persons stay in one room but still was spacious. Most important thing was I felt safe there, it is very decent and clean place. So my 100 out of 100 for this guest house.

Nice, but I prefer staying in the center when I travel, where everything like restaurants and shops is nearby. I don’t mind the crowds since I’m only there for a day or two, though it’s a bit more expensive compared to other guesthouses.

My familles recently stayed there in family room,Room are very clean and comfortable but bathroom I mean shower the water drainage is so bad,when we took shower the water is not going properly,drain is so slow,amount of water always stayed in surface .they should really need to make better drainage…
It's very narrow path to reach Hotel and Hotel price very expensive as per location which not commercial area. Hotel owner you should know that is Refugees campaign place do not pay Tax to Indian govt. I should say this Hotel owner is a very greedy man.
haha, now some tibetans instead of encouraging and supporting Tibetan business and entrepreneurs, are trying to defame other Tibetans. Shame on you. I know the owner personally and this guest house is run by a registered legal body and for your kind information, they pay taxes regularly. secondly seems like you haven't seen the video properly, it clearly shows you two alternate routes for access to the hotel one with a motorable access till the entrance of the hotel. Also, many of the hotels in Majnukatilla have narrow lanes. It seems like you either have personal enmity / grudge or have vested interest.
Whenever Tibetan UTuber got free, they shouted out, but normal people couldn't get that kind of service. That's my experience. Oeon kay.
