Admissions for Jan 2023 already closed by mostly universities and they are now in process of issuing CAS Letters to Students. You can check from any consultant if they still have any options for this intake
Hi, Is it compulsory to book an accommodation before applying for visa? Is there any chance that visa might get rejected or CAS might get cancelled if an accommodation is not booked for Uni of Hertfordshire?
Just add address of university of Hertfordshire in Address section of Visa application, many consultants do the same,,,, Must consult to your consultant as well

You can take foundation year
But it's recommended to come here for masters
For bachelor's you should have atleast 1.5 year fee

It's very difficult to pay 65% in the given period you mentioned better to take atleast half of the fee out of 65% from home country
