Does this mean you need to have one master design website? What if I want to move / export a section or page from one website to another. Does the from website always need to be the master Kadence Cloud website? Sometimes I have a nice section or page designed on site that I would like to use on another site. It this possible? I suppose I am referring to saving templates, exporting & importing from any of my Kadence websites.

Not at all :-). Each time a site connects into your cloud is like a normal website visitor. In the settings you can decide how often you want a website checking for updates. So lets say you set it to once per week and you have 1,000 websites connected to your cloud. That is equivalent to 4,000 website visits per month. Your website have handle hundreds of thousands of visitors per month easily.

Is this separate from WordPress like Brizy Cloud?
No this is a plugin you would install on your website and you would have full control over everything.
