Sir, try a different bending moment and shear force diagram problem. That one you did before was too easy.

Why we take 40(x-3)^0, why 0 here sir?
Anything power zero is equal to 1.. x-3^0 =1 .. so no changes in equation.. we must include because of this is bracket function
