i love the monthly "MONOGREEN IS SO BACK" video just for no one to play monogreen after. Us green believers thrive off nothing but pure delusion, but by god are we thriving.
We need elves, that’s what set us apart as a t1 deck. Otherwise just too clunky to really pull ahead. T1 elf into t2 5/5 the dream. There was also henge that gave us unmatched card advantage, rhonas was insanely off curve, rn we are just missing that one piece
@@Ashlizzlle hi, ghost vacum against what decks is it? sorry im new haha, i did the lizards decks that u made, i like lizards now, wich one u think is better? ;)) ty ASHLi
I have a green aggro that I've been at 59% with it over 50+ matches. Still tweaking it. Green and red have always been my favorite colors, but I don't want to play the red aggro like everyone else.
+1 to having more enchantment removal main. I've been climbing with Cookies, but swapped out some of the Monstrous Emergence for Pick Your Poison to deal with the glut of domain overlord players.
For 1 Mana to you can play Insidious Fungus You can use that card as a sacrifice as well to destroy an artifact or enchantment or you can use it to draw a card and play a land. I think it would fit well with this deck
My honest prediction is that it will wind up moving the needle very little if at all, but as a green mage I would be very pleased to be wrong on that account.
I would love if you would explain more about your thinking with each play, sometimes i feel lost. Having said that i still enjoy watching and will continue, just wanted to give some feedback.
I play a very similar deck with some red in it for the mole god and I play pick your poison in the sideboard for domain decks, sometimes you get one last chance to kill them when they play atraxa and a 1 mana kill card can make the difference also they just have so many good enchantments that it doesn't matter which one they sacrifice it helps
29:20 i think they were suspicious since u constantly held up 2 mana and you have shown them u have that card so they were playing around it which could be seen when they attacked your planeswalker with 2 2/1 bats instead of just 1 and you havent shown them any card sort of board wipes that would punish them for going wide so it definitely was the smarter play albeit slower
Monogreen tempo will never be a thing until they get more creatures with good ETBs that destroy other creatures or ways to ignore deathtouch. Mono red is a problem but Sheoldred and Glissa both completely stop mono green from being a thing, they're just too strong, tough and trade with your best creatures. Shelly literally warps the entire format for midrange decks Mono green needs Questing Beast and some Wicked Wolf like cards for it to be a thing sadly
That first opponent.... Is that the level in mythic? ... And she only pointed out the mistakes at the end, she was too busy talking with the chat to analyze everything, but he just decided terribly always. He could have ended like 6 turns before, just attack with 1 bat HER to make dolls, crack the tier3, and done...
I love this stat on Neb opponents losing big after we beat them: the old Nebraska is back! major physicality beats them TWICE, once, and the next week they're so beat up
Am I crazy, or would running Leyline of the Void or Rest in Peace with Axebane Ferrox be good? I’d assume not because I’m sure other people who actually play standard would have thought of and tested that.
I was thinking. The new duel lands are a great way to enable using the multicolored man lands in standard if you're playing a mono colored deck with no real drawback.
@@manaintolerantmage The new Verge lands don't enter tapped, tap for colour each time, and in a mono deck are guarunteed to tap for both. They just aren't fetchable, which in standard isn't a real issue.

Yea red aggro def is a bit boring when everyone plays it
That first game was so in the trenches. Impressive win
I love that you play bo3!! It’s a different format from Bo1 and imo much more fun!

Def get that!
Shweet! Standard is in a gooooood place. Just moved in from Pioneer-town (No RCQ's until 2026 btw).

He do be pummeling
Tyvar is an amazing card especially in my Kona deck! Shit goes hard!
God if Wrenn and Realmbreaker untapped the land that card would be goated omg. I love wrenn as a character too so I am soooo glad she is seeing play
i wish this would have been the case so badly tho!!
tyvar my favorite card from the set so far
Mono Green FTW
I enjoy Tyvar in Brawl. Might need to think of playing him in standard!
the card is sweet! super underrated
Tyvar is so slept on i feel! When green gets the Elf next set i wouldnt be surprised if he popped off even more 💚
Oh Yah clearly this is the return of strong green deck for sure

I love playing him on Brawl. Even when I lose it’s just fun to plot that sneak attack.

I did singleton swamps in my mono black brawl deck recently for that reason haha
violence chosen!!!
i like each one of my lands to be different so i can appreciate different artworks
Monogreen my beloved
I was literally just about to make a mono green deck looking at cards then I saw this
Happy to provide some inspiration!
Heyo I was Lorenic. Happy to have played the shieldslammer herself! Was a fun matchup and your content rocks!
Ggs!
Thrun in the sideboard might help with the Azorius control matchups....
Green is going to be really good when llannowar elves come back in foundations

mole god.. i see you are a person of exquisite taste
Just wait until Llanowar Elves is back in Standard. Mono Green will be a menace once again!
LETSGOOOOO
Bring back mono green stompy!
Just realized I have two copies of tyvar already! lets go mono green baby!
As a monogreen pleb i must try this

Only rank 20#? Wasn't Ash top 5 a few days ago? According to the math mono green is responsible for reducing your rank 4x!

There is a very real drawback to adding more tapped lands into any deck you play. That is ESPECIALLY true in decks as low to the ground as this one.
