Walnut, Brazilian nuts, fish oil, cacao blueberries, and antiinflamatory diet is helping me with my concussion.
I am in my 3rd week of stage 3 concussion and I see substantial improvement. And I am keeping active physically and mentally.

My daughter got a brain injury getting thrown from her horse yesterday. Thanks for the brain food suggestions. Was never told about fish oil last time Makes so much sense. Thankfully I made sure she takes magnesium & had it last night.

When it comes to drinking green tea, I thought caffeine should be avoided during concussion?

So glad you are interested in this study. Because it’s long overdo. AMA is very limited concerning this subject. You didn’t mention memory affects. You really don’t understand.People are suffering from numerous different injuries and need to be studied separately for every given injury. Because we need to know the affects on all injuries. This is very important in order to heal wounds of this country. This has been ignored and is a crucial element to this worlds coming events.🌎What do you do for the nausea?Iron is too strong for my system. Tofu most genetically modified. Sugar is the hardest thing but I’m determined to break it. I don’t drink.Breads are inflammatory.

Drinking green tea now. It’s helping the headache pain. They don’t know that many saints are suffering under this, because of injuries. And no one is helping them. What about dizziness? What if it wasn’t addressed at all for twenty years? God knows and sees things man will not and have not investigated. That’s the difference in having the 🎁 of discernment!!!Thank you.🙏🏾❤️I’m still functioning on the through all this the wonders of God!!

What do you say about hemp-derived CBD oil that Michael Lewis uses for his patients?

Wait, he said no eggs, but eggs are rich in omega 3 and everywhere else said eggs are good for concussion healing.
So, which is it? Eggs or no eggs?

eggs help me when digesting lean meats and animal fats. But that is the only omega3 I consume. It depends what results you want and can afford. My memory isn't well but you should focus on a pure anti-inflammatory diet with lean meats, olive oil, no bread, no sugar, no refined foods, no cheese, no beans, lots of veggies and fruits, just water, no caffeine, no rice, yams over potatoes.
search, Dr. Jay Burness for videos, he is on oakville ontario canada

@@Bomber411Eggs can also be allergenic for some people. So I would probably go for eggs in moderation during PCS recovery.

@@M3Lucky thanks, I'm actually allergic to store bought eggs, so I don't eat them at all. I just find it all very confusing with the contrasting information everywhere.
