The house is an architectural wonder i fell in love with it right away. Inside the house looks very spacious, doesn't look too sterile or clinical and for sure the views are very spectacular. The house doesn't scream boring at all and has nothing but positive vibes on all corners of the house. The only (very minor) drawback is the Ohio State wallpaper on the bowling alley and the logo in the indoor basketball court. I would definitely take them off in a heartbeat if i purchase it. The video presentation was amazing as well.
@@temle7489 well it's in the middle of the desert, too hot, water is scarce, not many people around apart from casinos nothing much to do, not many rich people to socialize around either.. u can use it as a winter retreat but that's it.. others prefer Florida or California as their retreat.. Vegas not so much
builders should take a page from this, insofar as not cramming into a narrow area, a kitchen, dining and living room all together, to the point where the seating in front of the TV is pigeonholed into the 10'--12' range. really no excuse for that in some of the houses that have 4k sq ft+, and so many areas of the home are just fluff and wasted spaces. just my opinion, but i'd much rather have something like this where both the kitchen and living room are very roomy. big fail here, coming off a brilliant idea, is that indoor and outdoor area being situated to the side of the way too tiny pool. the idea of having an outdoor area that can be open, yet sealed from the indoors is fantastic, but there should have been either one huge pool, or two good sized ones. big, missed opportunity.
