So a few days back I uploaded a short story on Mr. Madan Mohan Pandey. An employee of Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam (KMVN) who worked inside the Dhikala campus of the famous Jim Corbett National Park.
In the year 2005, he was mauled by a tigress who was hiding in the bushes & suddenly jumped on him & wounded him quite badly. Today on Subscribers' demand we traveled to a small village called Ranibaug located in Haldwani which falls under the Nanital district & got the opportunity to get up close & personal with Mr. Pandey.
This video is all about what happened on the night of 26/05/05 with him. Pandeyji himself narrated the entire story of that night to us. We had a look at his injuries and trust me when I had looked at his wounds I was surprised that how he managed to save himself from the claws & jaws of that tigress.
We request all of you to listen to this man's story till the end as he has gone through a lot of hardships in his life after that incident. God has been very kind in saving his life as it was nearly impossible for the doctors to save him with the kind of injuries he was brought to the hospital with.
The family is going through a financial crisis as well his own department failed to support him with monetary expenses during his operation & aftermath recovery. As wildlife lovers, I would like to request all my viewers to donate a small amount to help this man get back on his feet & live a long & healthy life with his loved ones.

Thanks once again for your efforts and bringing the story on youtube. Mr & Mrs. Pandey deserves all financial help and support. Forest department of Uttrakhand, KMVN and Jim Corbett park should help and give all the support him with Ex Gratia Pension. Since he was not on a permanent pay role. He is suffering which is really sad or say heart-rending. The message should be passed on to Field Director, Ministry of Forest as well to NTCA and PMO. NTCA is a part of GOI and comes under PMO.
Maybe the most bone chilling experience an individual can go through. Literally saved from the jaws of death. I met Pandey ji and heard his story as well 10+ years ago, when visiting Corbett with family. I believe after this they started electrifying the fences around the camp.

The best thing about I liked this video ki aapne Pandey ji ki wife ka bhi interview liya...all this just shows when incidences like these occur ..unke family members pe bhi kitna severe impact hota hai... which in most of the cases leaves permanent scar..
