I learnt a lot from the guest Mr Machibaya.....I used to walk 15km to school... l was an orphan....l did not finish school bcz no one was paying fees...I started working as a maid for 2yrs then a volunteer paid my fees now l am a teacher ....I did not lose hope.... although l am unemployed will find job anytime....
Another great conversation as usual. Well done Trevor and Justin. l have learnt a lot about the Real Estate landscape in Zimbabwe as well as the importance of hard work in all that we do.
Justin thank you for pointing on the shortage of the artisans in our nation .Do you know after O':Level results you have 30% pass rate what about the 70%. Guys we need to focus on training the Artisans for 70%. Where are the vocational collages guys . Thank you Justin
The platform and the idea is brilliant. I would say enjoy listening to the shows hoping that I will find a story that I will relate to but unfortunately so far there hasn't been one. I guess there are missing links, probably because, the conversations are super summarized. This was close though. Thanks Trevor.
Great conversation, thank you for the insight into property development. This inspired me to understand a few issues in regards to property valuation and leasing.
Great wisdom. Mr Machibaya if you like personifies what it means to be successful, hard work, diligence and tenacity. These values must never be lost on us no matter what.

I like this guy already...my interest is in construction, property management, property development, and many more.i wish one day I meet you sir to give guidance
Thank you for discussing on bogus market players. The problem with starting small, esp in Zim is that you are likely not able to find clean land. Legal oversight is the main problem in Zimbabwe.
The truth is that in rural areas there is hardly any time to study hence pass rates are very poor. We should do something about that in this day and age.
Thank you Trevor and Justin. This conversation was loaded with practical needed information. Real estate is the way to go. Be prepared to start small...I liked that.
