I had 2 during break in, I don’t think we have fired 200 rounds yet but I switched it to gas port setting 2 and got fte twice. Still trying to break this bad boy in
@Tavis15ify None on setting 3 during break in with all kinds of cheap ammo. Switched to setting 2 with high quality match ammo & nothing but failure to feed. Got a new gas regulator from Ruger & 400ish rounds later no malfunctions on setting 2 with 8 different .308 ammo & 40 rounds of Winchester White box 7.62x51mm M80 ball. It's flawless now. Trust it with my life! 👍
@dabears52501 yeah I have to keep an eye on that, if I start having issues, I might have to reach out for a new gas block. I’ve heard they have had issues with them or buy a riflespeed gas block. One of the easiest and best to tune!
Absolutely! At least half of gun owners will buy a gun and throw away the manual, thinking they already know everything about that system. They end up messing something up or it didn’t function the way it’s supposed to then they end up blaming the manufacturer. We appreciate your support!
This gun has exceeded my expectations in every way. Don’t have 100 rounds through it yet, but have run 4 or 5 kinds of ammo from 147 gr FMJ reman to 168 gr match. Seems ridiculous to say, but the recoil is negligible at most…seriously my PSA AK build beat me up more than shooting my SFAR. Although it seems like it isn’t much fun to be adjacent to this rifle at the range because I have already had 3 different people comment on the noise and blast (including one man who said “that isn’t an AR15 because I don’t feel those in my teeth like I do that!” 🤭
