Devo amettere di non essermi mai cimentato in un montaggio del genere; Ma devo ricredermi; Se otessi (ho nel frattempo acquisito una disabilità ( emiplegia), per la qiuale sono costretto a stare operativamente in in stand by; Peciò ringrazio gli autori di questi video che mi rendono meno penoso il mio stato, io usavo sviuppare i miei prototpi si basetta millefori, in mododi poter utilizare a lavoro finito, e comunque il montaggio come proprotipo pseudo defintivo! ma era molto più lungo e laborioso,a pensarci bene così mi sarei potuto divertire di più! How can i reverse the LED lighting from right to left? I want to use it for a fuel tank level indicator but the resistance of the float it has reverse connection (when the float is on the top of the fuel tank it shows that is empty) and i can't change it (is in the fuel tank of my car).
The red indicator should be at the end of the ruler and not at the beginning because it indicates overload. This is everywhere done so, but the designer is apparently ignoramus and does not know basic things.
I was about to say the red is the clip warning for the input and should be on the other side, but you beat me to it!
Hi friend ... I did it with the lm3915 and it worked great, I installed 6 blue LEDs from pins 10 to 15 and 3 red LEDs from 16 to 18 ... the bad thing was when my red LEDs burned in the pins 16..17..18..what could it be ??? instead the blues did not burn.

Your LEDs are in reverse sequence. The red LED should only light on the highest volume. It's a peak light. Just swap all the LEDs in reverse sequence, same polarity.

important thing is that LEDs are powered with current not with voltage. voltage should be stable for example 3V for led. its in datasheet.
