The reason you can't have more than 5 knife guys is because you didn't unassign enough people from the other jobs, as long as you have enough told and unassigned people you can have as many knife dudes as you want

Actually, it's very likely that they would be making baby constantly. I mean, no internet, no TV, barely any radio and the only thing you do is work for survival? You need a way to de-stress and what better way than making babies.
Gosh dangit, I spent every minute after you upgraded the wall yelling "turrets! Turrets!! TUUUUUUUUURETS!" You got the upgrade for walls with turrets, then promptly forgot about them. :P

"Turreeeeeeeeeets!" 😅 Tho, forgiven of course, playing, speaking and being focused on the things one is familiar with tend to make everyone miss things. Hindsight and watchers is easy 😉
